The goal of this pilot randomized clinical trial is to look into the efficacy of concentrated bone marrow aspirate (cBMA) in improving post traumatic osteoarthritis (PTOA) symptoms in patients undergoing revision anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction surgery. The main questions it aims to answer are whether clinical outcomes, such as pain, are improved in patients who get cBMA with surgery, if there is a change in circulating markers of inflammation and what part of the cellular and molecular composition of cBMA may explain its effects. The glenohumeral joint is the third most common large joint to be affected by OA. Conservative treatments include physical activity, corticosteroid injections, and medications. PRP is an emerging treatment that has shown efficacy in different musculoskeletal conditions. The use of PRP for glenohumeral OA has been described sparingly in the literature but has shown efficacy in a couple studies and case reports. However, all of the previous studies investigating PRP for glenohumeral OA have focused on low-dose PRP preparations (\~3X), and none have compared PRP treatment to saline treatment. This is a Pilot Study which is randomized, prospective, open label, dose escalation, non-controlled evaluating safety and feasibility of intra-articular Wharton's Jelly (WJ) allograft will be evaluated in patients suffering with knee osteoarthritis. The participants will be randomized to one of three dosing treatment arms that will consist of one intra-articular knee injection containing either low dose, medium dose or high dose WJ allograft tissue. Total knee replacement surgery is a conventional approach to alleviating the pain and lack of function resulting from arthritis of the knee. While conventional knee replacement surgery is highly successful, incidences of improperly installed replacement parts are not uncommon. To improve outcomes, robotic-assisted total knee replacement surgery has recently become available, and has been shown to be extremely effective for partial knee replacement surgery. However, further research is needed to determine if this same technology can be equally effective for total knee replacement surgery. The present study will evaluate outcomes of robotic-assisted versus conventional total knee replacement surgery in patients between 40 and 85 years old with end stage arthritis of the knee. Other than surgical technique, patients will receive the same operative care and knee replacement implants. The goal of this observational study is to learn about functional and patient reported outcomes in patient undergoing total wrist replacement with the KinematX total wrist replacement study. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the range of motion (flexion, extension, radial, ulnar, grip and pinch strength) at 3-, 6-, and 12-months after surgery and yearly up to 10 years among patients having total wrist replacement with the KinematX implant. * What are the patient reported outcomes (PROMIS, PRWE, HSS wrist expectations) at 3-, 6-, and 12-months after surgery and yearly up to 10 years among patients having total wrist replacement with the KinematX implant. * How do range of motion and patient reported outcomes change over the 10 years after total wrist replacement surgery? Participants will be followed according to standard of care and preoperative and post-operative information for up to 10 years after surgery will be collected and entered into an electronic data base.
