This clinical trial evaluates a community health education intervention (I CAN) for increasing community-driven actions to reduce the cancer burden in Western New York. Engaging community members is a critical component of designing impactful programs to reduce the cancer burden. Leaders at the national, state, and local levels have all called for more community partnerships and engagement in design of health intervention and policies. The I CAN intervention is a workshop that includes a presentation outlining key concepts related to social network processes and the cancer burden in Western New York, a structured skill-building activity, and then empowering and motivating activities meant to cultivate momentum and excitement for action. This community health education intervention may be able to provide a formalized process for empowering and facilitating community members to take steps to reduce the community cancer burden. This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * A confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) or * A confirmed liver disease called metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) * BMI of 27 kg/m2 or more or * 25 kg/m2 or more if the participant is Asian. People with a history of other chronic liver diseases or high alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with NASH or MASH improve their liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. All participants regularly receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 4 and a half years. During this time, they visit the study site or have a remote visit by video call every 2, 4 or 6 weeks for about a 1 year and 5 months. After this time participants visit the trial site or have a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight is regularly measured. At some visits the liver parameters are measured using different imaging methods. This study is open to adults who are at least 18 years old and have: * a confirmed liver disease called non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH)/metabolic-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and * moderate or advanced liver fibrosis People with a history of acute or chronic liver diseases other than MASH or chronic alcohol intake cannot take part in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called survodutide helps people with MASH and moderate or advanced liver fibrosis improve their liver function. This study has 2 parts. The purpose of the first part of this study is to find out the effect of survodutide on MASH and liver fibrosis. The purpose of the second part is to find out how safe and effective survodutide is in improving liver function. Participants are put into 2 groups randomly, which means by chance. 1 group gets survodutide and 1 group gets placebo. Placebo looks like survodutide but does not contain any medicine. Each participant has twice the chance of getting survodutide. Participants and doctors do not know who is in which group. Participants inject survodutide or placebo under their skin once a week. The survodutide doses are slowly increased until the target dose is reached. All participants receive counselling to make changes to their diet and to exercise regularly. Participants are in the study for up to 7 years. During this time, they regularly visit the study site or have remote visits by video call. For about the first year of the study, participants have these visits every 2 weeks, increasing to every 4 weeks and then every 6 weeks. After being in the study for a little over a year participants will then alternate between visiting the study site or having a remote visit every 3 months until the end of the study. The doctors check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The participants' body weight and effects on the stomach and intestines are regularly measured. At some visits the liver is measured using different imaging methods. At 2 or 3 visits doctors take a small sample of liver tissue (biopsy). The study is testing how well semaglutide can help adolescents with excess body weight to lose weight and to maintain weight loss. All participants in the study will receive semaglutide as a weekly injection. The study medicine is injected with a thin needle in the stomach, thighs or upper arms. The study will look at how well different doses of a new medicine called NNC0487-0111 help lower the blood sugar and body weight in people with type 2 diabetes. NNC0487-0111 is a new medicine which cannot be prescribed by doctors but has previously been tested in humans. Participants will either get NNC0487-0111, which is given as tablets or as injections, or placebo. Which treatment the participant get is decided by chance.The study will last for about 43 weeks. The goal of this observational study is to collect information on the use of the HistoSonics Edison System for the treatment of liver tumors. The main aim is to understand how different patient characteristics and procedural characteristics may affect histotripsy success at 36 hours post-histotripsy procedure. Sub-studies to the BOOMBOX: Master Study will investigate specific populations and/or clinical questions with more stringent enrollment criteria, standardized testing criteria, and/or follow-up schedule. Any participant enrolled in the BOOMBOX: Master Study that also qualifies for a sub-study may enroll in the sub-study in parallel; sub-studies will be described in separate sub-study protocols. The BOOMBOX: Master Study will collect information about participants before, during, and after the histotripsy treatment procedure. All participants will be followed per standard clinical follow-up based on each site's clinical practice for up to 5 years after the initial histotripsy procedure or until completion of their follow-up in a sub-study, whichever is longer. Systemic mastocytosis with an associated hematologic neoplasm (SM-AHN) is a challenging disease to treat. Targeted KIT inhibitors have been approved for this indication based on their ability to control the mastocytosis portion of the disease, but patients frequently experience progression of the concomitant myeloid malignancy (i.e. the AHN). Using a combination approach to treat both aspects of the disease has the potential to provide enhanced disease control; however, overlapping toxicity is a concern.
