In this study, the investigator plans a randomized trial of melatonin versus placebo post acute pediatric concussion. The investigator hypothesizes that patients with acute concussions managed with melatonin will have improved sleep, decreased depressive symptoms, decreased risk of prolonged concussion symptoms and faster resolution of concussion symptoms. Retinoblastoma (RB) is a primary eye cancer that forms in the back of the eye of infants and toddlers. Traditionally, RB is diagnosed without a biopsy; tumor can only be studied once an eye has been surgically removed. This study is being conducted to investigate risk factors for disability progression in Multiple Sclerosis and related disorders (MSRD). The primary goal is to assess whether combining information from visual assessment, blood markers, as well as historical and ongoing longitudinal MRIs of the brain, orbit (the part of the skull where eyes are located), and/or spinal cord can predict changes in quantitative disability measures related to MSRD and neurological disease. This will be a single-site, five-arm, parallel group randomized control trial involving patients seeking integrative healthcare. Four different styles of 5-minute, audio-recoded mindfulness practices delivered in the clinic waiting room will be compared with a 5-minute audio-recording about integrative healthcare. The purpose the research is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of injection of adipose allograft matrix (AAM) to the small joints of the hand for treatment of early stage osteoarthritis. The hypothesis is that use of AAM injected directly into the joint will show improvements in pain and disability while providing a safe, off-the-shelf alternative which can obviate the need for, and risks associated with, current treatment options with autologous fat transfer. As standard of care, routine strength, pain scale scores (VAS) and range of motion will be recorded, a baseline disability survey (DASH score) will also be administered. After these have all been recorded and administered in a separate visit the patient will undergo the lipofilling procedure. The principal objective of Tennessee Youth Prepared for Success is to pilot, implement, and test innovative adolescent pregnancy prevention strategies using a randomized controlled trial (RCT) to effectively educate youth on both abstinence and contraception with the goal of reducing youth pregnancies, births, and STIs. Tennessee Youth Prepared for Success will address Adulthood Preparation Subjects (APS) to promote youths' successful and healthy transition to adulthood; include a Positive Youth Development (PYD) approach to engage youth and provide positive influences and skill building opportunities; and implement activities/interventions within a trauma-informed approach to account for the mental health needs of those who have experienced maltreatment, abuse, or violence. The project's goals and principal and subordinate objectives align with the PREIS program's goals/objectives and purpose, including (1) targeting high-risk youth to prevent pregnancy and STIs, including HIV/AIDS; (2) rigorously evaluating interventions using an RCT; (3) manualizing/packaging curriculum; and (4) disseminating lessons learned, best practices, and relevant findings. Tennessee Youth Prepared for Success will serve 1,200 youth ages 14-19 in 9 primarily rural counties in East/Middle/West Tennessee, targeting high-risk/vulnerable youth, including rural youth, those residing in counties with high teen birth rates, and/or hard-to-reach youth (e.g., systems-involved). Sleep is a critical component of daily life that significantly influences health and well-being. Despite the integral role sleep plays in life, its effect on women's reproductive health, and its subsequent impact on fertility, is largely understudied. The purpose of the SLEEP Study is to investigate the link between sleep and fertility. Participants will use a wireless wearable device mounted on the finger to measure sleep in the weeks preceding and following an embryo transfer during treatment with in vitro fertilization.
