This trial studies biomarkers obtained by bronchoscopy (bronchoalveolar lavage and lung brushings) to determine the effect of smoking e-cigarettes on the lungs. Studying samples of lung cells from participants who smoke e-cigarettes may help doctors learn more about changes that occur in deoxyribonucleic acid and identify biomarkers related to cancer. C-diff infection often causes belly pain and diarrhea and can be very hard to treat with medicine. One of the possible reasons that C-diff infection is hard to treat is because there is too much "bad" bacteria in the colon. Investigators believe that putting more "good" bacteria into the colon will help fight the "bad" bacteria. We do this by doing a fecal (poop) transplant. Fecal transplant has been done at other hospitals, but not at Nationwide Children's Hospital. Since our Investigators have not done this before, this study will help us learn the best way to do the transplant. The proposed study will investigate the clinical use of the ISCDX test that may differentiate between diverse stroke etiologies as listed below: Aim 1: Differentiate between cardioembolic and large artery atherosclerotic ischemic strokes, when hemorrhagic stroke is ruled out, as defined by TOAST classification of subtypes of acute ischemic stroke. Aim 2: In cases of ischemic strokes of unknown or "cryptogenic" etiology, determine the ability of biomarker blood tests to predict etiology between cardioembolic and large artery atherosclerotic. Lower attainment of cardiovascular health (CVH), indicated by the American Heart Association's Life's Simple 7 (LS7; physical activity, diet, cholesterol, blood pressure, body mass index, smoking, glycemia) and Life's Essential 8 (LE8; LS7+sleep) metrics, is a major contributor to Black men having the shortest life-expectancy of any non-indigenous race/sex group. Unfortunately, a paucity of literature exists on interventions aimed at improving CVH among Black men. The team of clinician scientists and community partners co-developed a community-based lifestyle intervention titled Black Impact: a 24-week intervention for Black men with less-than-ideal CVH (\<4 LS7 metrics in the ideal range) with 45 minutes of weekly physical activity, 45 minutes of weekly health education, and engagement with a health coach, group fitness trainer, and community health worker. Single-arm pilot testing of the intervention (n=74) revealed high feasibility, acceptability, and retention and a 0.93 (95% confidence interval: 0.40, 1.46, p\<0.001) point increase in LS7 score at 24 weeks. Secondary outcomes included improvements in psychosocial stress (i.e., perceived stress, depressive symptoms), patient activation, and social needs. Thus, robustly powered clinical trials are needed to determine the efficacy of Black Impact and to evaluate the underlying interpersonal and molecular pathways by which Black Impact improves psychosocial stress and CVH. Thus, the investigators propose a randomized, wait-list controlled trial of Black Impact. This novel, community-based intervention to provide a scalable model to improve CVH and psychosocial stress at the population level and evaluate the biological underpinnings by which the intervention mitigates cardiovascular disease risk. This is a patient research registry aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of a comprehensive, root-cause medical approach ("AndHealth program") for autoimmune disorders. This approach involves a combination of pharmacological and non-pharmacological therapies offered under the care of a licensed physician with the support of health coaches. While protocol guidance is provided, the therapeutic approach is personalized to the individual needs of patients. The autoimmune disorders of focus in this registry include rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, psoriasis and ankylosing spondylitis. A variety of validated labs, patient-reported outcomes, and medication usage will be assessed among participating patients over a period of up to five years to evaluate the long-term effectiveness of this approach. A single-center study to determine the safety and efficacy of EUS-guided radiofrequency ablation (RFA) of pancreatic cystic neoplasms (PCNs). Patients will be recruited sequentially to undergo RFA followed by standard surveillance. The study will recruit patients with pancreatic cystic lesions (PCLs) who are at high risk for surgical resection. Patients enrolled in the study will be followed up for 3-years after EUS-guided RFA. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety, feasibility, and preliminary efficacy of EEG-enhanced transcranial magnetic stimulation (eTMS) as an adjunct to standard-of-care therapies for chronic trauma and stressor related disorders (TSRD) among US military veterans. The main questions the study aims to answer are: * Is it safe to provide 30 sessions of eTMS for veterans with chronic TSRD? * Is it feasible to provide 30 sessions of eTMS as an adjunct to standard-of-care therapies for veterans with chronic TSRD? * Does health-related quality of life improve among veterans after 30 sessions of eTMS as an adjunct to standard-of-care therapies for chronic TSRD? Participants will undergo 30 sessions of eTMS as an adjunct to standard-of-care therapies for veterans with chronic TSRD, weekly reassessment during treatment, and intermittent follow-up for 36 weeks post-enrollment.
