Customized 3D Printed Oral Stents During Head and Neck Radiotherapy
Recruiting
This clinical trial studies the effect of customized 3 dimensional (3D) printed oral tents on patients with head and neck cancer who are receiving radiotherapy. Oral stents are made from the impression of patients' mouth and cover patients' teeth and gums during radiation therapy. A customized, 3D-printed oral stent may help to reduce mouth blisters and/or sores that may develop in patients while receiving head and neck radiation therapy.

Temporally-modulated Pulsed Radiation Therapy (TMPRT) After Prior EBRT for Recurrent IDH-mutant Gliomas
Recruiting
This clinical trial studies the side effects of temporally-modulated pulsed radiation therapy (TMPRT) in patients with IDH-mutant gliomas who have previously received radiation therapy to the brain. TMPRT is a radiation technique in which radiation is delivered in multiple small doses on a specific timed interval, instead of delivering one large dose at one time. This technique may improve efficacy while reducing toxicity and improving patient quality of life.

EMPOWER: Effects of Weight Loss and Exercise Post-stroke
Recruiting
The prevalence of obesity among U.S. adults is \~40% and is projected to climb. It is well documented that obesity is associated with increased levels of disability as well as risk for numerous adverse health-related outcomes; including occurrence of stroke and all-cause mortality. Obesity is highly prevalent in stroke survivors (\~30-45% of stroke survivors have BMI\>30) and is associated with reductions in physical function and increased disability. Furthermore, neurological sequelae following... Read More
