Semaglutide is a medicine studied in patients with NASH. Semaglutide is a well-known medicine, which is already used by doctors to treat type 2 diabetes in many countries. Participants will either get semaglutide or a dummy medicine - which treatment participants get is decided by chance. Participants will need to inject themselves with medicine under the skin. Participants will need to do this once a week. The study will last for about 5 years. Participants will have up to 21 clinic visits and 9 phone calls with the clinical staff during the study. Some of the clinic visits may be spread over more than one day. Participants with other chronic liver diseases cannot take part in this study. The study consists of 24-week double-blind trial to evaluate the non-inferiority of the efficacy and safety of pegloticase Q4W with MTX versus pegloticase Q2W with MTX, followed by a 24-week open-label extension of pegloticase Q4W with MTX, in participants with uncontrolled refractory gout. This clinical trial is studying advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Once a solid tumor has grown very large in one spot or has spread to other places in the body, it is called advanced or metastatic cancer. Participants in this study must have head and neck squamous cell cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, endometrial cancer, or ovarian cancer. Participants must have tumors that have a marker called HER2. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called disitamab vedotin (DV). DV is a type of antibody-drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. In this study, all participants will get DV once every 2 weeks. This study is being done to see if DV works to treat different types of solid tumors that express HER2. It will also test how safe the drug is for participants. This trial will also study what side effects happen when participants get the drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating the disease. Read Less

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) is an immune-mediated disease associated with inflammation of multiple organ systems. This study will assess how safe and effective upadacitinib is in treating adult participants with moderately to severely active SLE. Adverse events and change in the disease activity will be assessed. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and axial spondylarthritis and is being developed for the treatment of SLE. This study is "double-blinded", which means that neither the trial participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given upadacitinib and who will be given placebo (does not contain treatment drug) . This study comprised of 3 sub studies. In Study 1 and Study 2, study doctors put the participants in 1 of the 2 groups, called treatment arms. Each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Eligible participants from Study 1 and Study 2 will enter Study 3 at week 52 to receive specific doses of upadacitinib based on their disease activity and their original treatment assignment in Study 1 or 2. Approximately 500 participants diagnosed with SLE will be enrolled in each of the Study 1 and Study 2 in approximately 320 sites across the world. Participants will receive oral tablets of upadacitinib or matching placebo once daily for 52 weeks in Study 1 and Study 2. Eligible participants from Study 1 and Study 2 will receive oral tablets of upadacitinib once daily for 52 weeks in Study 3. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This study is being done to see if tucatinib with ado-trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) works better than T-DM1 alone to help patients who have a specific type of breast cancer called HER2 positive breast carcinoma. The breast cancer in this study is either metastatic (spread into other parts of the body) or cannot be removed completely with surgery. Patients in this study will be randomly assigned to get either tucatinib or placebo (a pill with no medicine). This is a blinded study, so neither patients nor their doctors will know whether a patient gets tucatinib or placebo. All patients in the study will get T-DM1, a drug that is often used to treat this cancer. Each treatment cycle lasts 21 days. Patients will swallow tucatinib pills or placebo pills two times every day. Patients will get T-DM1 injections from the study site staff on the first day of every cycle. Read Less
