This is a multiphase, multicenter study, which includes a Phase 1a open-label, dose escalation monotherapy study of ST-067 given as an SC injection with or without obinutuzumab \[Gazyva®\] pre-treatment, by IV infusion, and in combination with pembrolizumab. A Phase 2 monotherapy arm is also planned; the exact design of the Phase 2 study elements with respect to formulation and pre-treatment will be determined after completion of the Phase 1 study portion of the trial. The vast majority of patients with stage I (tumors ≥ 4cm), IIA, IIB (and select stage III) NSCLC are managed with upfront surgery, followed by adjuvant chemotherapy. However, relapse rates remain high and are primarily due to distant, metastatic disease. Previous meta-analysis evaluating the use of neo-adjuvant chemotherapy and adjuvant chemotherapy demonstrate a similar impact on improved disease free survival (DFS) and overall survival (OS). The role of checkpoint inhibitors has been proven to be effective in the treatment of patients with advanced NSCLC, regardless of histology and PD-L1 expression. Results from trials evaluating the use of checkpoint inhibitors alone or in combination with chemotherapy in the neoadjuvant setting for early stage disease are promising. However, there are no trials evaluating the role of concomitant chemotherapy and checkpoint inhibitors in the adjuvant setting. In addition, emerging data supports the use of ctDNA as a promising biomarker for early detection of minimal residual disease and have indicated that the presence of detectable ctDNA after surgery for localized lung cancer is correlated with a 90-100% chance for disease recurrence. Therefore, we propose this current study assessing concomitant chemotherapy plus Atezolizumab in the adjuvant setting for patients with stage I (tumors ≥ 4cm), IIA, IIB (and select stage III) NSCLC who have detectable ctDNA after surgery. This is a multicenter Phase 1b, open label, dose-escalation and cohort-expansion study, evaluating the safety, tolerability, PK, preliminary antitumor activity, and effect of biomarkers of XL092 administered alone, and in combination with nivolumab (doublet), nivolumab + ipilimumab (triplet) and nivolumab + relatlimab (triplet) in subjects with advanced solid tumors. TScan Therapeutics is developing cellular therapies across multiple solid tumors in which autologous participant-derived T cells are engineered to express a T cell receptor that recognizes cancer-associated antigens presented on specific Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) molecules. The purpose of this screening study is to collect samples to conduct HLA genotyping, HLA Loss of Heterozygosity (LOH) and expression of Tumor-associated Antigens (TAA) testing. This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. This phase II Lung-MAP treatment trial test the combination of targeted drugs (capmatinib, osimertinib, and/or ramucirumab) in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced) and that has EGFR and MET gene changes. Capmatinib and osimertinib are in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. They work by blocking the action of the abnormal protein that signals cancer cells to multiply. This helps stop or slow the spread of cancer cells and may help shrink tumors. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB200301 as a single agent and in combination with tislelizumab in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses of HFB200301 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab until a safe and tolerable dose of HFB200301 as a single agent or combination therapy is determined.
