The main purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability (how your body reacts to the drug) and effectiveness (ability to treat your cancer) of REGN5678 alone, or in combination with cemiplimab. The study has 2 parts. The goal of Part 1 (dose escalation) is to determine a safe dose(s) of REGN5678 when it is given alone or in combination with cemiplimab. The goal of Part 2 (dose expansion) is to use the REGN5678 drug dose(s) found in Part 1 to see how well REGN5678 alone or in combination with cemiplimab works to shrink tumors. This phase III trial compares an additional support program (text message reminders and/or telephone-based counseling) with usual care in making sure breast cancer patients take their endocrine therapy medication as prescribed (medication adherence). Medication adherence is how well patients take the medication as prescribed by their doctors, and good medical adherence is when patients take medications correctly. Poor medication adherence has been shown to be a serious barrier to effective treatment for hormone receptor positive breast cancer patients. Adding text message reminders and/or telephone-based counseling to usual care may increase the number of days that patients take their endocrine therapy medication as prescribed. Read Less

This study will test a drug called enfortumab vedotin in participants with a type of bladder cancer called non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC). This study will also evaluate what the side effects are and if the drug works to treat NMIBC. A side effect is anything a drug does to your body besides treating your disease. The study hypothesis is that BCG naïve non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) patients treated with intravesical Gemcitabine + Docetaxel (GEMDOCE) will result in a non-inferior event-free survival (EFS) compared to standard treatment with intravesical BCG. The purpose of this study is to test whether Gemcitabine + Docetaxel is a better or worse treatment than the usual BCG therapy approach. The primary objective of this study is to determine the event free survival (EFS) of BCG-naïve high grade non-muscle invasive bladder cancer patients treated with intravesical BCG vs Gemcitabine + Docetaxel. This phase III trial studies how well trastuzumab emtansine (T-DM1) and tucatinib work in preventing breast cancer from coming back (relapsing) in patients with high risk, HER2 positive breast cancer. T-DM1 is a monoclonal antibody, called trastuzumab, linked to a chemotherapy drug, called DM1. Trastuzumab is a form of targeted therapy because it attaches to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of cancer cells, known as HER2 receptors, and delivers DM1 to kill them. Tucatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving T-DM1 and tucatinib may work better in preventing breast cancer from relapsing in patients with HER2 positive breast cancer compared to T-DM1 alone. Read Less
