This open-label research study is studying (Z)-endoxifen as a possible treatment for pre-menopausal women with ER+/HER2- breast cancer. (Z)-endoxifen belongs to a group of drugs called selective estrogen receptor modulators or "SERM", which help block estrogen from attaching to cancer cells. This study has two parts: a pharmacokinetic part and a treatment part.
The PK part (how the body processes the drug) will enroll about 18 participants. All participants will take (Z)-endoxifen capsules dail... Read More

This phase III trial compares the effectiveness of fractionated stereotactic radiosurgery (FSRS) to usual care stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) in treating patients with cancer that has spread from where it first started to the brain. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. FSRS delivers a high dose of radiation to the tumor over 3 treatments. SRS is a type of external radiation therapy that uses special equipment to position the patient and precisely give... Read More

This is a Phase III open-label study to assess if camizestrant improves outcomes compared to standard adjuvant endocrine therapy for patients with ER+/HER2- early breast cancer with intermediate-high or high risk for disease recurrence who completed definitive locoregional therapy (with or without chemotherapy). The planned duration of treatment in either arm within the study will be 7 years.

This is an adaptive Phase 2, open-label, randomized, multi-center study evaluating up to 2 regimens of PCS6422 with capecitabine (Cap) vs. standard dose of Cap alone in patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer. The goal of the study is to assess the efficacy and safety of PCS6422 + Cap as a treatment option for patients with advanced or metastatic breast cancer who are not eligible for anthracycline- or taxane-containing therapies, or other available therapies, including PD-1 or PARP i... The purpose of this study is to compare the effects on low risk breast cancer receiving usual care that includes regional radiation therapy, with receiving no regional radiation therapy. Researchers want to see if not giving this type of radiation treatment works as well at preventing breast cancer from coming back.
