This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of intravesical administration of EG-70 in the bladder and its effect on bladder tumors in patients with NMIBC. This study study consists of two phases; a Phase 1 dose-escalation to establish safety and recommended the phase 2 dose, followed by a Phase 2 study to establish how effective the treatment is. The study will assess the safety, PK, PD, and preliminary efficacy of ABBVCLS-484 as monotherapy and in combination with a PD-1 targeting agent or with a or a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). The trial aims to establish a safe, tolerable, and efficacious dose of ABBVCLS-484 as monotherapy and in combination. The study will be conducted in three parts. Part 1 Monotherapy Dose Escalation, Part 2 Combination Dose Escalation and Part 3 Dose Expansion (Monotherapy and Combination therapy). Part 1, ABBV-CLS-484 will be administered alone in escalating dose levels to eligible subjects who have advanced solid tumors. Part 2, ABBV-CLS-484 will be administered at escalating dose levels in combination with a PD-1 targeting agent or with a VEGFR TKI to eligible subjects who have advanced solid tumors. The goal of this platform clinical trial is to test how well novel treatment combinations work in participants with lung cancer. Substudy-01 will compare the different novel combinations versus standard of care in participants with metastatic (cancer that has spread) non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) who have not been treated before. Substudy-02 will compare the different novel combination versus standard of care in participants with cancer that has progressed after receiving previous treatment for metastatic NSCLC.
