Pancreatic cancer is one of the leading causes of cancer deaths in the United States with limited treatment options, especially for those patients with metastatic disease. Combination treatment with cabozantinib and atezolizumab, has demonstrated safety for the treatment of other cancers and has shown promise in preclinical studies utilizing patient derived pancreas organoids. In this study, patients with refractory, metastatic pancreatic cancer will receive combination cabozantinib + atezolizumab and the efficacy of this treatment will be assessed through overall response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), median overall survival (mOS), and median progression free survival (mPFS). Safety and tolerability of combination cabozantinib plus atezolizumab in metastatic pancreatic cancer patients will also be assessed and immune profiling pre- and post-treatment will be explored. This is a Phase 2, multicenter, open-label, 3-arm, randomized, parallel group study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TTX-030 with or without budigalimab in combination with chemotherapy (gemcitabine + nab-paclitaxel) in subjects with metastatic PDAC who did not have prior treatment for metastatic disease and are eligible to receive gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel chemotherapy as SOC. The OnPrime study is a multi-center, randomized open-label phase 3 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Olvi-Vec followed by platinum-doublet chemotherapy and bevacizumab compared to the Active Comparator Arm with Physician's Choice of chemotherapy and bevacizumab in women diagnosed with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer (includes fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal cancer). This Phase III trial builds on the efficacy and safety data reported in the previous Phase II VIRO-15 trial with promising objective response rate and progression-free survival observed in heavily pre-treated patients with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer. The phase II results also showed that the intra-peritoneal route of delivery was efficient in generating tumor cell killing and immune activation, and led to clinical reversal of platinum-resistance or refractoriness in this difficult-to-treat patient population. The investigators will conduct a single-arm pilot feasibility trial of mentored community gardening for melanoma survivors integrating dosimeters and accelerometers. Harvest for Health Together Arizona (H4H2-AZ) is an evidence-based program adapted for arid desert gardening that also addresses sun safety through group workshops and peer education. This is a Phase 1 study currently evaluating PO administered ompenaclid in combination with FOLFIRI and bevacizumab in patients with advanced (i.e., locally advanced and unresectable, or metastatic) previously treated colorectal adenocarcinoma. The single agent ompenaclid dose escalation stage and the ompenaclid in combination with FOLFIRI and bevacizumab dose escalation stage of the study has been completed; the expansion stage of ompenaclid in combination with FOLFIRI and bevacizumab is ongoing. In April-24 a protocol amendment added a new dose escalation and expansion stage which will evaluate ompenaclid in combination with FOLFOX and bevacizumab in patients with metastatic CRC. Apalutamide is an anti-androgen that blocks the effect of testosterone on prostate cancer growth. This phase IIa trial is designed to determine whether very low doses of apalutamide, given for 3 to 4 weeks before prostate surgery to men with prostate cancer confined to the prostate gland, reduces plasma levels of PSA (a biomarker of apalutamide's ability to block testosterone). If low dose apalutamide lowers PSA levels in this setting, further study of this agent in men with localized prostate cancer who wish to delay definitive therapy with surgery or radiation may be warranted. This is a Phase 1/2 study of EPI-7386 orally administered in combination with enzalutamide in subjects with mCRPC. Phase 1 of the study will be a single-arm dose escalation study of EPI-7386 in combination with a fixed dose of enzalutamide. This portion of the study will primarily evaluate the safety and tolerability of the drug combination and establish the RP2CDs for EPI-7386 and enzalutamide when dosed in combination. In addition, blood sampling will be conducted for PK evaluation to assess the potential DDI between the two drugs. Once the RP2CD for each drug has been established, Phase 2 of the study will commence. Phase 2 is a two-arm, randomized (2:1), open-label study. Approximately 120 subjects will be randomized 2:1 to: Group 1: EPI-7386 at the RP2CD + enzalutamide(depending on the results of the Phase 1) (n=80) Group 2: Enzalutamide single agent (n=40) The planned dose of enzalutamide and EPI-7386 for the combination arm will be those determined in the Phase 1 of this study based on safety and exposure data.
