The goal of this clinical trial is to assess the feasibility of adding a combination of metformin and turmeric as part of a nutritional intervention regimen to the current standard of care, namely, intermittent Androgen Deprivation Therapy (iADT), for patients with castration sensitive biochemical progressive prostate cancer. The main objectives are: * Assess the feasibility of the study population and enrollment. * Evaluate time to PSA relapse with nutritional intervention on iADT. Participants who are receiving iADT will be dispensed Metformin and turmeric and complete a pill diary. Participants will also have blood and stool samples collected and complete quality of life questionnaires. The long-term goal is to further assess the efficacy and safety of this nutritional regimen and the roles of metabolic syndrome, microenvironment/microbiome, and genomic vs epigenomic profiles in the care of these patients through a clinical trial. This trial will be performed as a three-part dose escalating clinical trial where Parts 1 is open label and Parts 2 and 3 are randomized, double-blinded, and placebo-controlled. The trial is intended to determine the safety and tolerability and assess the preliminary efficacy of briquilimab in adult participants with chronic spontaneous urticaria (CSU), who remain symptomatic despite treatment with H1 antihistamines and omalizumab. The purpose of this study is to measure the effect and safety of treatment with tuvusertib combined with either niraparib or lartesertib in participants with epithelial ovarian cancer. The participants will previously have progressed while treated with a poly ADP ribose polymerase (PARP) inhibitor. SMA is an autosomal recessive, early childhood disease with an incidence of 1:10,000 live births. SMA is the leading cause of infant mortality due to genetic diseases. Prospective, controlled, multicenter clinical investigation with four trial cohorts: Randomized, Non-repairable, Severe Mitral Annular Calcification (MAC) and Severe Mitral Annular Calcification Continued Access Protocol (MAC CAP). Subjects in the Randomized cohort will be randomized in a 1:1 ratio to the trial device or to the MitraClip system. Subjects in the Non-repairable, Severe MAC, and Severe MAC CAP cohorts will receive the trial device. The objective of the Clinical Trial to Evaluate the Safety and Effectiveness of Using the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System for the Treatment of Symptomatic Mitral Regurgitation (SUMMIT) is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System for the treatment of patients with symptomatic, moderate-to-severe or severe mitral regurgitation or for patients with symptomatic mitral valve disease due to severe mitral annular calcification. This randomized controlled trial will provide the opportunity to evaluate the safety and clinical benefits of the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System compared to the MitraClip System in patients with symptomatic, moderate-to-severe or severe mitral regurgitation, within approved MitraClip indications. In addition, the safety and effectiveness of the Tendyne Transcatheter Mitral Valve System will be evaluated in patients with severe mitral annular calcification who are at prohibitive risk for mitral valve surgery. Patients who are not suitable for mitral valve surgery for reasons other than severe mitral annular calcification and are also not suitable for transcatheter repair with MitraClip, will be enrolled in the Non-repairable cohort. Lack of adherence to an exercise program is a major problem for older Veterans. Several fall prevention programs fail in the home setting due to lack of adherence. Exercise adherence is dependent on brain function among other factors. Magnetic stimulation of the front part of the brain improves brain function necessary for planning and following-through. The investigators propose a three-phase study in 106 sedentary older Veterans. Everyone will be trained on use of the exergame, Nintendo Wii-Fit, that the investigators' team has found beneficial in improving balance and gait. They will be asked to exercise using Wii-Fit at home for 45 minutes daily five days/week for 12-weeks. Those that exercise less than recommended dose and those that exercise adequately but have low executive function will receive either real or sham magnetic stimulation to the front part of their brain over ten sessions paired with exercise training. All subjects will further complete 24-weeks of Wii-Fit home exercises. Adherence, executive function, balance and gait, self-efficacy, delay discounting, and falls will be measured periodically. ABBV-RGX-314 (also known as RGX-314) is being developed as a novel one-time gene therapy for the treatment of neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD or nAMD). Wet AMD is characterized by loss of vision due to new, leaky blood vessel formation in the retina. Wet AMD is a significant cause of vision loss in the United States, Europe and Japan, with up to 2 million people living with wet AMD in these geographies alone. Current anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (anti-VEGF) therapies have significantly changed the landscape for treatment of wet AMD, becoming the standard of care due to their ability to maintain or prevent progression of vision loss in the majority of patients. These therapies, however, require life-long intraocular injections, typically repeated every 4 to 16 weeks in frequency, to maintain efficacy. Due to the burden of these treatments, patients often experience a decline in vision with reduced frequency of treatment over time. Read Less
