The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if the study drug CIN-102 (deudomperidone) can help reduce the symptoms associated with diabetic gastroparesis in adult patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: * To evaluate the efficacy of CIN-102 on symptoms of gastroparesis when given to patients with diabetic gastroparesis compared to a placebo * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of CIN-102 when given to patients with diabetic gastroparesis compared to a placebo Participants will go through the following schedule: * Screening period (1-2 visits) * Lead-in period (1 visit) * Will complete a Gastric Emptying Breath Test (GEBT) * Will complete daily diary and other Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) as described in the protocol to assess eligibility for continued study participation * 12-week treatment period (7 visits) * Study drug taken twice daily by mouth * Will complete daily diaries and other PROs as described in protocol * 1 week follow-up (1 visit) Researchers will compare the effects of the following treatments: * Drug- CIN-102 Dose 15 mg or 10 mg * Drug- Placebo Read Less

This is a Phase 2 superiority study of LBP-EC01, a recombinant bacteriophage cocktail, with an initial open-label 3-arm pharmacokinetic (PK) lead-in portion of 30 patients to evaluate the optimal dosing regimen to be used in the subsequent 288 patient blinded portion of the study which will be randomized 1:1 comparing LBP-EC01 + antibiotic versus placebo + antibiotic in patients with a history of prior urinary tract infection (UTI) cased by E. coli. This is a prospective observational cohort study designed to collect data on patients who received REBYOTA™ for the prevention of rCDI in the routine care setting. As all data collected for this study are observational, the decision to prescribe REBYOTA™ is at the treating physician's discretion and independent from the decision to enroll the patient in the study. Data will be collected from patients' medical records after obtaining informed consent. Data about clinical history, CDI events (primary and recurrent: severity, treatment), CDI-related symptoms, treatments, medical procedures, Adverse Events(AEs), and healthcare resource utilization (i.e., hospitalizations and re-admissions) will be collected through 6 months of follow-up from the date of REBYOTA™ administration. The goal of this clinical trial is to prove the that miconazole oil works well on fungal infections of the ears, by comparing the drug with a placebo. The researcher or the participants will not know if they are getting the drug or the placebo. The researcher will show the participants how to use the drug or placebo. After 14 days of using the drug or placebo, the participants will be examined by the researcher and graded on how well the drug worked on the ear(s) fungal infection. Given the known serious consequences of uncontrolled blood sugars during hospitalization, this research plans to study an alternative seamlessly integrated continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system in the hospital to test a dynamic and digitized, team-based approach to glucose management in an underserved and understudied, yet high-risk population. A digital dashboard will facilitate real-time, remote monitoring of a large volume of patients simultaneously; automatically identify and prioritize patients for intervention; and will detect any and all potentially dangerous hypoglycemic episodes in a hospital environment.
