This is a randomized, controlled trial designed for children who are have already developed atopic dermatitis (AD or eczema) by 12 weeks of age. This is a multi-center, longitudinal study which will characterize the gene expression profiles and transcriptomic endotypes that underlie mild and moderate-severe Atopic dermatitis (AD) and will determine changes in these expression patterns and endotypes in response to standard-of-care treatment. Participants will complete up to ten scheduled study visits with assessment of topical steroid response and dupilumab response (if uncontrolled with topical steroids). Skin samples will be collected at all study visits to determine the gene expression profiles and transcriptomic endotypes that underlie mild vs. moderate-severe AD disease. The investigators will also evaluate the lipidomic, metabolomic, proteomic, and microbiome profiles of AD skin endotypes associated with mild and moderate-severe AD disease. Non-AD participants will serve as a control population. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if CGB-500 works to treat atopic dermatitis in participants ages 12 and older. The goal is also to learn about the safety of CGB-500. The main questions it aims to answer are: Does CGB-500 improve atopic dermatitis by decreasing the area affected and the severity of the lesions? What medical problems do participants have when taking CGB500? Researchers will compare CGB-500 to a placebo (a look-alike substance that contains no drug) to see if CGB-500 works to treat atopic dermatitis. Participants will: Take CGB-500 or a placebo every day for 8 weeks. Visit the clinic once every 2 weeks for the first month and at the end of 8 weeks. The goal of this observational study is to learn about exposure to tralokinumab during pregnancy, as well as atopic dermatitis (AD) during pregnancy. The main question the study aims to answer is whether pregnant people who have been exposed to tralokinumab during pregnancy experience any differences in pregnancy and infant outcomes compared to women with atopic dermatitis who have not been exposed to tralokinumab during pregnancy. Participants are not required to take tralokinumab during the study. Participants will be asked to: * Complete 1-3 phone interviews during pregnancy and 1-2 phone interviews after delivery * Release medical records for pregnancy and for their child * Complete an online survey about their baby's development at 4 months and 12 months of age * May be asked to have a study doctor examine their child All information is collected remotely, and no visits to the study site are required. Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) and atopic dermatitis (AD) are chronic inflammatory skin diseases that lead to the development of skin lesions and symptoms such as pain and discomfort. The purpose of this study is to assess molecular changes in adult participants with moderate to severe HS or with moderate to severe AD. Lutikizumab (ABT-981) is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of HS and AD. This study will consist of 2 sub-studies: Sub-Study 1 moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa and Sub-Study 2 moderate to severe atopic dermatitis. Approximate 60 participants will be enrolled in the study at approximately 2 sites in the US. In Sub-Study 1 HS participants will receive subcutaneous (SC) injections of lutikizumab for up to week 15 with a 70-day follow-up period. In Sub-Study 2 AD, participants will receive subcutaneous (SC) injections of lutikizumab for up to week 14 with a 70-day follow-up period. The study duration for Sub-Studies 1 and 2 is expected to last up to 30 weeks. Participants in Sub-Study 1 (HS) who complete Week 16 and showed a therapeutic benefit to lutikizumab, as confirmed by the investigator, will have the option to enter an open-label long-term extension (LTE) to continue to receive lutikizumab for up to an additional 140 weeks, followed by a 70-day follow-up period. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of 2 study medicines (PF-07275315 and PF-07264660) for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD). AD is a long- lasting itchy red rash, caused by a skin reaction. This study is seeking participants who: * are 18 years of age or more. * Were confirmed to have AD at least 6 months ago. * Are not having an effective treatment result from medicines that are applied on skin for AD. * Are considered by their doctors to have moderate to severe AD. All participants in the study will receive either PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the medicines being studied. PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo will be given as multiple shots in the clinic over the course of 12 weeks. Stage 1 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 1, Week 2, Week 4, Week 6, Week 8, Week 10 and Week 12. Stage 2 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 4, Week 8 and Week 12. The experiences of people receiving PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 will be compared to people who do not. This will help determine if PF-07275315 and PF-07264660 are safe and effective. Participants will be involved in this study for up to 40 weeks (20 months). TARGET-DERM is a longitudinal, observational study of adult and pediatric patients being managed for Atopic Dermatitis and other Immune-Mediated Inflammatory Skin Conditions (IMISC) in usual clinical practice. TARGET-DERM will create a research registry of patients with IMISC within academic and community real-world practices in order to assess the safety and effectiveness of current and future therapies.
