Pancreatic Cancer Paid Clinical Trials in California

The purpose of this phase 2 research study is to determine whether a combination of chemotherapy drugs plus radiation therapy, given before surgery in resectable pancreactic cancer, can help to increase the chances of surgeons achieving and R0 resection. The chemotherapy drugs used are gemcitabine and nab-paclitaxel. These drugs are both approved by the FDA for use in treating adults with pancreatic adenocarcinoma. This phase II trial studies how well Ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3-related (ATR) kinase inhibitor AZD6738 works alone or in combination with olaparib or durvalumab in treating participants with renal cell carcinoma (RCC), urothelial carcinoma, all pancreatic cancers, endometrial cancer, and other solid tumors excluding clear cell ovarian cancer that have spread to nearby tissue or lymph nodes or other parts of the body. ATR kinase inhibitor AZD6738 and olaparib or durvalumab may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. RSC-101 is a Phase 1a/1b clinical trial of RSC-1255 in adult study participants with advanced solid tumor malignancies who are intolerant of existing therapies known to provide clinical benefit, have disease that has progressed after standard therapy, or have previously failed other therapies.
