The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if the study drug, CIN-103, can help reduce the symptoms associated with irritable bowel syndrome with predominant diarrhea (IBS-D) in adult patients. The main questions it aims to answer are: * To evaluate the efficacy of CIN-103 on symptoms of IBS-D when given to patients with IBS-D compared to a placebo. * To evaluate the safety and tolerability of CIN-103 when given to patients with IBS-D compared to a placebo Participants will attend the following visits: * Screening Period (1 Visit) * Baseline Period (1 Visit) * Will complete daily diary and other Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) as described in the protocol to assess eligibility for continued participation. * 12-Week Treatment Period (5 Visits) * Study drug taken twice daily by mouth. * Will complete daily diaries and other PROs as described in the protocol. * Follow- Up Period (1 Visit) Researchers will compare CIN-103 Dose 1, CIN-103 Dose 2, and placebo, to evaluate the clinical response to multiple dose strengths of CIN-103 relative to placebo on abdominal pain and stool consistency along with safety and tolerability. Efficacy Study: This randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled Phase 3 study is designed to assess the safety, immunogenicity, and efficacy of a single dose of RSVpreF in the prevention of LRTI-RSV in adults: * At a dose of 120µg. * In adults 60 years of age and older. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 24 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States, Canada, Netherlands, Finland, Argentina, Japan and South Africa. Substudy A: This study is an extension of the efficacy study and was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 2 years: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in the United States and Argentina. Substudy B: This study was designed to evaluate the safety and immunogenicity of a second dose of RSVpreF when administered after a dosing interval of approximately 1 year: * At a dose of 120µg (as studied in the Phase 3 Efficacy Study) * Blood samples will be collected for antibody testing. * The duration of the study for each participant will be up to approximately 18 months. * The study will be conducted in Argentina. This clinical trial evaluates the impact of telehealth self-management coaching sessions on quality of life in pancreatic cancer survivors and their family care givers (FCGs). Patients with pancreatic cancer experience many symptoms because of the disease and treatment, which can have a negative impact on quality of life. Patients and their families have unmet needs during treatment, including a lack of quality of life programs that offer support to patients. Supporting patients and families on managing the physical symptoms, emotional well-being, social well-being and spiritual well-being with telehealth self-management coaching sessions may help improve quality of life, manage symptoms from treatment, and support families in their role as caregivers during treatment. This phase III trial tests two questions by two separate comparisons of therapies. The first question is whether enhanced therapy (apalutamide in combination with abiraterone + prednisone) added to standard of care (prostate radiation therapy and short term androgen deprivation) is more effective compared to standard of care alone in patients with prostate cancer who experience biochemical recurrence (a rise in the blood level of prostate specific antigen \[PSA\] after surgical removal of the prostate cancer). A second question tests treatment in patients with biochemical recurrence who show prostate cancer spreading outside the pelvis (metastasis) by positron emission tomography (PET) imaging. In these patients, the benefit of adding metastasis-directed radiation to enhanced therapy (apalutamide in combination with abiraterone + prednisone) is tested. Diagnostic procedures, such as PET, may help doctors look for cancer that has spread to the pelvis. Androgens are hormones that may cause the growth of prostate cancer cells. Apalutamide may help fight prostate cancer by blocking the use of androgens by the tumor cells. Metastasis-directed targeted radiation therapy uses high energy rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors that have spread. This trial may help doctors determine if using PET results to deliver more tailored treatment (i.e., adding apalutamide, with or without targeted radiation therapy, to standard of care treatment) works better than standard of care treatment alone in patients with biochemical recurrence of prostate cancer. This clinical trial evaluates whether geriatric assessment-driven interventions with supportive care (GAIN-S) using telemedicine can be used to identify areas of vulnerability (weakness) in older adults with cancer and guide interventions to assist the patient and the healthcare team in the underserved community. The majority of patients diagnosed with cancer are over age 65 years, yet most cancer treatments are developed and tested in a younger population. Therefore, older patients with cancer are less likely to be offered standard treatments because of the concern regarding side effects. Geriatric assessment (GA) is a multi-dimensional health assessment tool combining patient reported and objective (unbiased) results. There is no standard tool that can identify which older adults will be more likely to have side effects from cancer treatment. Telemedicine is a way to provide healthcare services (including consultations, education, care management and treatment) in which the health care provider is at a distant site. The goal of this project is to use telemedicine to identify areas of vulnerability/weakness in older adults with cancer using a patient assessment, and to identify the potential referrals to a multi-specialty team based on patient assessment results. Information gathered from this study may help researchers learn whether GAIN-S can be performed using telemedicine and lead to improvement in care for older adults compared to standard of care (SOC) in the underserved community. This is a multicenter, randomized, placebo-controlled study to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of ABX464 50mg and 25mg administered once daily (QD) as maintenance therapy in subjects with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis who have inadequate response, no response, a loss of response, or an intolerance to either conventional therapies \[corticosteroids, immunosuppressant (i.e. azathioprine, 6-mercaptopurine, methotrexate)\] and/or advanced therapies \[biologics (TNF inhibitors, anti-integrins, anti-IL-23), and/or S1P receptor modulators, and/or JAK inhibitors\]. This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working.
