The study is designed to examine the feasibility and safety of collecting autologous hematopoietic stem cells (HSCs) to be combined with CAR T-cell therapy for patients with relapsed/refractory (r/r) hematological disease. The study will evaluate feasibility of collecting the target dose of HSCs from at least 50% of enrolled patients. The study will assess safety based on incidence and severity of cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) in the first 60 days post CAR T dosing, and also through the collection of adverse events (AEs) and serious adverse events (SAEs) as well as the durability of response after treatment with HSCs with CAR T. The purpose of this study is to better understand the outcomes of active surveillance (observation) instead of immediate surgery, which is the current standard of care for papillary thyroid microcarcinoma (PTMC). This is a Phase II, single cohort study designed to evaluate outcomes in patients with muscle invasive bladder cancer (MIBC) with variant histology who receive neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NAC) with or without immunotherapy (IO) followed by trimodal therapy (TMT). Enrolled patients will undergo at least 3 cycles of NAC +/- IO (oncologist's choice) followed by a four- or six-week course of concurrent standard of care chemotherapy and radiation therapy. These patients will be compared with historical controls of patients with a diagnosis of pure urothelial carcinoma who have undergone TMT. This study has been designed to test the hypothesis that variant histology TMT can be delivered within 45 days of NAC +/- IO and is therefore a viable option in patients who are risk of systemic disease spread. This is a randomized control trial testing the effect of walnut supplementation on prostate cancer progression in 50 men with biopsy confirmed prostate cancer and planning to undergo RP. Patients consented to the study will be randomly assigned to either continue their usual diets (control arm) or to the walnut arm for 4-10 weeks depending on the window between their consent date and the date for RP. This is a prospective, single center, double blind, randomized, crossover feasibility study of oral ketamine versus placebo for the treatment of anxiety in patients with pancreatic cancer currently receiving or within 12 weeks of receiving cancer targeted therapy. The primary objective is to determine the feasibility of enrolling subjects and treatment adherence. The secondary objectives are to describe the safety and tolerability. Exploratory objectives are to assess the effect of ketamine/placebo on Depression, Anxiety, Physical Function, Pain Interference, Pain Intensity, Fatigue, Sleep Disturbance, and Ability to Participate in Social Roles and Activities as measured by PROMIS Anxiety Short Form 7a and the PROMIS-29 Profile v2.1 of Patient Reported Outcomes, as well as changes in circulatory inflammatory cytokines, blood glutamine levels, and other biomarkers of anxiety and/or depression. The purpose of this study is to examine the usefulness of implanting small 24-K gold fiducial markers around a bladder tumor site, so that a Radiation Oncologist can identify the original tumor location at the time of radiation treatment. The purpose of this study is to examine the combination of osimertinib and carotuximab to assess the safety and find the recommended dose for treatment of advanced EGFR-mutated non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Safety and tolerability will be measured by the number of dose-limiting toxicities, according to National Cancer Institute Common Toxicity Criteria for Adverse Events (NCI CTCAE) Version 5, to find the maximum tolerated dose. In this project, the investigator will test the effect of augmenting an evidence based joint attention intervention (JASPER) with a motor-sound system intervention (PROMPT) compared to JASPER only on speech and language outcomes. The investigator will model change over a year to determine the percentage of children who cross the hurdle from single words to word combinations by Kindergarten. The proposed research will foster the understanding of the mechanisms underlying speech heterogeneity in ASD, thereby ultimately contributing to the development of more personalized, efficacious interventions. Upon qualification to the study (after entry assessments), the child will be randomized to receive JASPER alone (play-based intervention) or JASPER plus PROMPT (both play-based and speech-based interventions). The active intervention will last for 12 weeks, 60 minute sessions twice a week. There are assessments scheduled at entry (6.5 hours), end of study (exit-2.5 hours), 3 month follow up (2 hours), and when the child turns 6 years of age (2 hours). In this study, researchers will learn more about the safety of BIIB141, also known as omaveloxolone or SKYCLARYS®. This is a drug available for doctors to prescribe for people with Friedreich's Ataxia, also known as FA. This is known as an "observational" study, which collects health information about study participants without changing their medical care. Participants for this study will be found using a group called the Friedreich's Ataxia Global Clinical Consortium (FA GCC). This is a group of study research centers that help provide clinical care for people with FA. The main objective of this study is to collect safety information in participants with FA who are being prescribed BIIB141 for the first time by their own doctors. The main question researchers want to answer in this study is: How many participants had serious adverse events (SAEs)? An adverse event is considered serious when it results in death, is life-threatening, causes lasting problems, or requires hospital care. How many participants had adverse events (AEs) related to heart failure or liver damage caused by the drug? Researchers will also learn more about : • Why and when participants stopped treatment, left the study, or took more of the drug than was prescribed This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. * After joining the study, the participants must start treatment with BIIB141 within 6 months. * During the study, each participant's doctor will decide how often the participant visits the study research center to check on their health. This will be based on the doctor's own clinical judgment and what is recommended by the drug's label. Most participants will visit their study research center at least once a year. * Data from the participants' regular visits to their doctor will be collected at 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, 48 months, and 60 months. * Each participant will be in the study for up to 5 years.
