This is a multicenter longitudinal study that aims to validate a set of measures that were previously identified as promising candidate biomarkers and/or sensitive and reliable objective measures of social function in ASD for potential use in clinical trials. The confirmation study will repeat the data collection and analysis protocols from the original ABC-CT study. This confirmation study will recruit 200 ASD and 200 TD comparison participants who are 6-11 years old, matching the overall sample size but providing a larger normative reference sample and greater statistical power for group comparisons. The goal of this or clinical trial is to test in the feasibility, acceptability and preliminary efficacy of the bright IDEAS problem solving skills training for parents of children in palliative care. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Is bright IDEAS problem solving skills training feasible and acceptable for parents of children referred to pediatric palliative care? * Does bright IDEAS reduce psychological distress in parents compared to parents receiving standard palliative care support? Participants will: * Participate in 6-8 sessions of the bright IDEAS program. * Complete self report measures of psychological distress and well being. This investigation is designed to evaluate the performance rate of two polyurethane male condoms with different sizes and thicknesses versus a standard natural rubber latex (NRL) male condom. The purpose of this study is to see how well the experimental condoms perform compared to the latex rubber condom (for example, how often the different condom types break or slip off the penis). The purpose of this research is to develop and validate a single gene Non-Invasive Prenatal Test. The development of this investigational single-gene noninvasive prenatal testing (sgNIPT) for conditions such as cystic fibrosis (CF), spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), Sickle cell disease, alpha thalassemia (a-thalassemia) and beta thalassemia (b-thalassemia) could provide information about the possibility that a child will be born with a serious health condition, in some cases in the absence of reproductive partner screening. In order to develop a test for this purpose, investigators will collect blood samples and medical information from pregnant women who have pregnancies at higher risk for single gene disorders, such as those who are carriers for these conditions or affected by these conditions themselves, medical data from their reproductive partners in some cases, and either genetic testing results or a cheek swab sample from the newborn(s). This phase II Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial tests tepotinib with or without ramucirumab for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (stage IV) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Tepotinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called MET. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal MET protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving tepotinib with ramucirumab may lower the chance of the cancer from growing or spreading in patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

This is a multicenter, open-label study of DB107-RRV (formerly Toca 511) and DB107-FC (formerly Toca FC) when administered following surgical resection in newly diagnosed High Grade Glioma (HGG) patients. The study is designed to evaluate whether treatment with DB107-RRV in combination with DB107-FC when added to standard of care provides clinical benefit to newly diagnosed HGG when compared to historical performance previously determined in well controlled clinical trials published in the peer reviewed literature. This study is going to be conducted in newly diagnosed HGG patients receiving with maximum surgical resection treatment followed by radiation and temozolomide treatment using the established Stupp Protocol for O6-methylguanine-DNA methyl-transferase (MGMT) methylated patients or radiation therapy for MGMT unmethylated patients. Phase 1 will evaluate the safety and tolerability at different dose levels of repotrectinib in pediatric and young adult subjects with advanced or metastatic malignancies harboring anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), receptor tyrosine kinase encoded by the gene ROS1 (ROS1), or neurotrophic receptor kinase genes encoding TRK kinase family (NTRK1-3) alterations to estimate the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) or Maximum Administered Dose (MAD) and select the Pediatric Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D). The incidence of moderate to severe congenital heart disease (CHD) in the United States is estimated to be 6 per 1000 live-born full term infants. Recent advances in pediatric cardiology, surgery and critical care have significantly improved the survival rates of patients with CHD leading to an increase in prevalence in both children and adults. Children with CHD significant enough to require cardiac surgery frequently also undergo non-cardiac surgical procedures. Analysis of the Pediatric Health Information System database between 2004 and 2012 demonstrated that 41% of children who had undergone surgery to correct CHD in the first year of life also underwent at least one non-cardiac surgery by age 5. With this increased demand for non-cardiac procedures, anesthesiologists, pediatricians and other healthcare providers will encounter patients with repaired or unrepaired CHD and other cardiac diseases in their practice. However, the information provided by national databases lack granularity and the information from single institutional data is limited. This project aims to address this knowledge gap in quantifying the risk for cardiac patients coming for noncardiac procedures and identify the health care resource utilization and system to best care for this patient population. To conduct this study, we will create a multi-institutional collaboration between large and small centers to create a unique dataset spanning all the different variables that need to be considered in risk prediction for these patients including patient variables, hospital setting, and providers. The goal of this clinical trial is to explore the impact that an at-home cardio-oncology rehabilitation (CORE) may have on short-term cardiovascular fitness and psychosocial wellness in pediatric cancer survivors. The main question it aims to answer are * To evaluate the efficacy of an at-home CORE model on short-term cardiovascular fitness and psychosocial wellbeing in adolescent cancer survivors. * To evaluate the exercise adherence rate among adolescents at risk for heart failure and assess barriers to compliance. * To explore which specific CORE resources are of most value to patients in creating sustainable healthy lifestyle modifications. * Hypothesis: Pediatric cancer survivors who implement exercise and dietary recommendations will demonstrate improvement in cardiovascular fitness and general wellness. A multidisciplinary team approach can facilitate adherence to a moderately rigorous exercise prescription, and thus enhance the health benefits of a CORE program at CHLA. Participants will undergo cardiovascular studies and a quality-of-life survey prior to exercise intervention, and at the end of the 6-month study period. Read Less
