This study is being done to find out if tucatinib with other cancer drugs works better than standard of care to treat participants with HER2 positive colorectal cancer. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take this combination of drugs. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating your disease. Participants in this study have colorectal cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) and/or cannot be removed with surgery (unresectable). Participants will be assigned randomly to the tucatinib group or standard of care group. The tucatinib group will get tucatinib, trastuzumab, and mFOLFOX6. The standard of care group will get either: mFOLFOX6 alone, mFOLFOX6 with bevacizumab, or mFOLFOX6 with cetuximab mFOLFOX6 is a combination of multiple drugs. This study will enroll participants with urothelial cancer (UC). UC can include cancer of the bladder, kidney, or the tubes that carry pee through the body (ureter, urethra). This study will try to find out if the drugs disitamab vedotin with pembrolizumab works better than platinum-containing chemotherapy to treat patients with UC. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs together. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Participants in this study will have cancer that has spread through the body (metastatic) or spread near where it started (locally advanced). In this study, there are 2 different groups. Participants will be assigned to a group randomly. Participants in the disitamab vedotin arm will get the study drug disitamab vedotin once every two weeks and pembrolizumab once every 6 weeks. This clinical trial is studying advanced or metastatic solid tumors. Once a solid tumor has grown very large in one spot or has spread to other places in the body, it is called advanced or metastatic cancer. Participants in this study must have head and neck squamous cell cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, endometrial cancer, or ovarian cancer. Participants must have tumors that have a marker called HER2. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called disitamab vedotin (DV). DV is a type of antibody-drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. In this study, all participants will get DV once every 2 weeks. This study is being done to see if DV works to treat different types of solid tumors that express HER2. It will also test how safe the drug is for participants. Cancer is a condition where cells in a specific part of body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-303 as a monotherapy and in combination with budigalimab, (ABBV-181). ABBV-303 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of solid tumors. There are multiple treatment arms in this study. Participants will either receive ABBV-303 as a single agent or in combination with budigalimab (another investigational drug) at different doses. Approximately 181 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide. In Part A, ABBV-303 will be intravenously (IV) infused in escalating doses as a monotherapy in participants with relapsed (R)/refractory (R) solid tumors, R/R non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), R/R renal cell carcinoma (RCC), R/R head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), or R/R tissue agnostic participants with mesenchymal epithelial transition. In Part B, ABBV-303 in combination with budigalimab will be IV infused in participants with R/R solid tumors or NSCLC. The estimated duration of the study is up to 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. The goal of this study is to investigate the role of social factors on speech learning, including production and perception, in infants ranging in age from ~7-18 months. Infants have either typical hearing or sensorineural hearing loss. The main prediction of the study is that social reinforcement will engender improvements in vocal learning above and beyond gains in hearing in infants with hearing loss. As part of this study: The parent and infant engage in a free play session in the playroom while the investigator cues the parent to say simple nonsense words; Infants hear playback of the same words during a second phase. This study is open to adult patients with solid tumors who have a KRAS G12V mutation. This mutation is often found in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), colorectal cancer (CRC), pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and other cancers. The study is for patients whose cancer has spread through the body and for whom previous treatments were not successful or treatment does not exist. Patients must also be positive for HLA-A*11:01. The purpose of this study is to find the best dose of AFNT-211 that is safe and can shrink tumors in patients. AFNT-211 is an investigational therapy and this is the first time that AFNT-211 is being administered to patients. AFNT-211 is an autologous T cell product which means that it is made from a patient's own T cells. These cells are engineered and grown to recognize the KRAS G12V protein on the cell surface of cancer cells. AFNT-211 is infused into patients after a short course of lymphodepleting chemotherapy. Patients will frequently visit the study site. The doctors there will regularly check the size of the cancer and the patient's health. They will also take note of any unwanted effects. The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and how effective the study medicine (PF-07220060) plus fulvestrant is compared to the study doctor's choice of treatment in people with advanced or metastatic breast cancer. Advanced cancer is the one that is unlikely to be cured or taken care of with treatment. Metastatic cancer is the one that has spread to other parts of the body. This study is seeking female and male participants who: are 18 years of age or older; are hormone receptor (HR)-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative; have advanced or metastatic breast cancer after taking other treatments before this study; have not taken or need to take medications that are not allowed by the study protocol; do not have any medical or mental conditions that may increase the risk of study participation. Half of the participants will take PF-07220060 two times daily by mouth along with fulvestrant. Fulvestrant will be given as a shot into the muscle. The other half will take the study doctor's choice of treatment which can either be: Fulvestrant alone taken as shot into the muscle. Everolimus along with exemestane taken once daily by mouth. This study will compare the experiences of participants receiving the study medicine plus fulvestrant to those who are receiving the study doctor's choice of treatment. This will help decide if the study medicine is safe and effective. Participants will receive study treatment and/or will be in the study until: imaging scans (such as an MRI and/or CT) show that their cancer is getting worse. the study doctor thinks the participant is no longer benefitting from the study medicine. has side effects that become too severe. This study will be a 12-month, prospective, multicenter, open-label, non-comparative, non-randomized clinical investigation conducted at 8 to 14 sites. A total of 383 subjects will be enrolled to achieve approximately 268 treated subjects, resulting in at least 241 evaluable subjects at the point of refractive stability. After signing the informed consent, subjects meeting all inclusion and exclusion criteria in both eyes may be scheduled for surgery.
