This study aims to evaluate the efficacy, safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD), and immunogenicity of efgartigimod PH20 SC in participants with active, moderate-to-severe TED, compared with placebo PH20 SC. After the screening period, eligible participants will be randomized in a 2:1 ratio to receive efgartigimod PH20 SC or placebo PH20 SC, respectively during the double-blinded treatment period (DBTP). At the end of the DBTP, participants may enter a follow-up observational period while off study drug. Some participants may also enter the open-label treatment period with efgartigimod PH20 SC. This study will test the safety of a drug called PF-08046031 in participants with melanoma and other solid tumors that have no current approved treatment or have spread through the body. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. The study will have 3 parts. Part A and B of the study will find out how much PF-08046031 should be given to participants. This phase I trial tests the safety, best dose, and effectiveness of ZEN003694 in combination with cetuximab and encorafenib in treating patients with colorectal cancer that has not responded to previous treatment (refractory), that has come back after a period of improvement (relapsed), and that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (metastatic). ZEN003694 is a protein inhibitor that binds to BET proteins. When ZEN003694 binds to BET proteins, it disrupts gene expression. Preventing the expression of certain growth-promoting genes may inhibit proliferation of tumor cells that over-express BET proteins. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as cetuximab, may help the body's immune system attack the tumor, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Encorafenib is an enzyme inhibitor. It inhibits pathways that are responsible for controlling cell proliferation and survival, which may lead to a decrease in tumor cell proliferation. Both cetuximab and encorafenib have been approved to treat cancer. Adding ZEN003694 to cetuximab and encorafenib may be more effective at treating patients with refractory metastatic colorectal cancer than giving the usual treatment (cetuximab and encorafenib) alone. In this study, researchers will learn more about the effects and safety of BIIB141, also known as omaveloxolone or SKYCLARYS®. This drug has been approved, or made available for doctors to prescribe, for people with Friedreich's Ataxia (FA) who are at least 16 years old. But, it is not yet available for children and teens with FA who are younger than 16 years old. The main objective of this study is to learn how BIIB141 works in the body and about its safety in children and teens who are 2 to 15 years old. The main questions researchers want to answer in this study are: * How does BIIB141 affect the participants' FA symptoms balance and stability? * How many participants have medical problems during the study? * Are there any changes in the participants' overall health during the study? * Are there any changes in the participants' heart health? * Are there any changes in how the participants move through puberty? Puberty is the time in someone's life when their body changes from a child to an adult. Researchers will also learn more about: - How the body processes BIIB141 in children and teens This study will be done as follows: * Participants will be screened to check if they can join the study. The screening period will be up to 28 days, after which participants will check into their study research center. * There are 2 parts in this study. During Part 1, participants will take either BIIB141 or a placebo once a day. * In Part 1, participants will take BIIB141 or the placebo in a study research center on Day 1, and then at in-person visits at Week 4, Week 12, Week 26, and Week 52. On all other days, they will take BIIB141 or the placebo at home. Part 1 lasts up to 52 weeks. * During Part 2, participants from Part 1 will either continue taking BIIB141 or start it if they were taking the placebo. Part 2 will last up to 104 weeks. * In Part 1, participants will have up to 10 visits to their study research center and a phone call at Week 2. In Part 2, participants will have visits at Weeks 4, 8,12, 26, and every 26 weeks after that until they leave the study, and a phone call at Week 2. The purpose of this clinical study is to learn about the safety and effects of the study medicine (called disitamab vedotin) for the possible treatment of people with breast cancer that is hard to treat and has spread in the body (advanced cancer). This study is seeking participants who: * have breast cancer that is hard to treat and has spread in the body (advanced cancer) * have tumors that have HER2 on them * have received previous treatment for their advanced breast cancer All participants in this study will receive disitamab vedotin at the study clinic once every 2 weeks as an intravenous (IV) infusion (given directly into a vein). Participants will take the study medicine until they or their doctor decides to stop. This might be because their cancer is getting worse, the study medicine is no longer helping, they have bad side effects, or they wish to stop taking the study medicine. During this time, the participants will have study visits every 2 weeks. After the participants have stopped taking the study medicine, they will have follow-up visits about every 6 weeks unless their cancer gets worse. After that, they will have follow-up phone calls about every 12 weeks. The study team will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicine.
