This is a multi-center clinical study enrolling up to 86 participants. The primary objectives are to determine the objective response rate (ORR) established by the confirmed best overall response (BOR) following intratumoral administration of DaRT - Diffusing Alpha-Emitters Radiation Therapy, as well as to assess the Duration of Response (DOR) 6 months from initial response. B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). Classic Follicular Lymphoma is a slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The purpose of this study is to assess the safety of epcoritamab in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who have received at least 1 prior line of systemic antilymphoma therapy including at least 1 anti-CD20 monoclonal antibody-containing therapy or R/R classic follicular lymphoma (cFL). Adverse events will be assessed. Epcoritamab is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R DLBCL and R/R cFL. Study doctors will assess participants in a monotherapy treatment arm of epcoritamab. Participants will receive escalating doses of epcoritamab, until full dose is achieved. Approximately 184 adult participants with R/R DLBCL and R/R cFL will be enrolled in the study in approximately 80 sites in the United States of America. Participants will receive escalating doses of subcutaneous epcoritamab, until full dose is achieved, in 28-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). This is a randomized controlled trial with an attention placebo control group. The goal of this study is to decrease HIV incidence in Latino men who have sex with men by engaging their siblings in PrEP-use promotion. In the intervention arm, siblings will be trained to engage their gay brother in PrEP conversations. In the control arm, siblings will be trained to engage their gay brother in conversations about vaccines to prevent COVID, Hepatitis A/B, or MPOX. Read Less

This is a Phase 1/2, multi-center, open-label study evaluating the safety and efficacy of IMPT-314, a bispecific chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) targeting cluster of differentiation (CD)19 and CD20 in participants with aggressive B-cell NHL. Three cohorts of participants will be enrolled: 1) CAR T naïve after at least two or more prior lines of treatment, 2) CAR T experienced and 3) refractory disease or relapse within one year of first line therapy. Up to approximately 90 patients (30 per cohort) will be enrolled in dose finding Phase 1 part of the study, which will determine the recommended phase 2 dose. Phase 2 will enroll up to approximately 60 additional participants (20 per cohort) to evaluate further the safety and efficacy of IMPT-314. IMPT-314 treatment consists of a single infusion of CAR-transduced autologous T cells administered intravenously after a conditioning chemotherapy regimen consisting of fludarabine and cyclophosphamide, administered over 3 days. The purpose of this study is to determine if the addition of infusions of a type of immune cell called a "natural killer", or NK cell to the sarcoma chemotherapy regimen GEM/DOX (gemcitabine and docetaxel) can improve outcomes in people with childhood sarcomas that have relapsed or not responded to prior therapies. The goals of this study are: To determine the safety and efficacy of the addition of adoptive transfer of universal donor, TGFβ imprinted (TGFβi), expanded NK cells to the pediatric sarcoma salvage chemotherapeutic regimen gemcitabine/docetaxel (GEM/DOX) for treatment of relapsed and refractory pediatric sarcomas To determine the 6-month progression free survival achieved with this treatment in patients within cohorts of relapsed or refractory osteosarcoma, Ewing sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma and non-rhabdomyosarcoma soft tissue sarcoma. To identify toxicities related to treatment with GEM/DOX + TGFβi expanded NK cells Participants will receive study drugs that include chemotherapy and NK cells in cycles; each cycle is 21 days long and you can receive up to 8 cycles.
