The goal of this observational study is to evaluate the Thoraflex Hybrid device alone and in combination with the RelayPro NBS stent-graft in the treatment of aortic disease affecting the aortic arch and descending aorta with or without involvement of the ascending aorta. Patients who undergo treatment with the Thoraflex Hybrid device with or without extension with a RelayPro NBS stent-graft will be eligible for enrolment and study activities and follow-up regime will follow standard care at each participating site. The main aim of this study is to learn if TAK-279 reduces bowel inflammation and symptoms compared to placebo. Another aim is to compare any medical problems that participants have when they take TAK-279 or placebo and how well the participants tolerate any problems. The participants will take capsules of either TAK-279 or placebo for up to 3 months (12 weeks). Then all the participants will receive TAK-279 for the rest of the treatment part of the study (1 year or 52 weeks). During the study, participants will visit their study clinic several times. The Comprehensive HHT Outcomes Registry of the United States (CHORUS) is an observational registry of patients diagnosed with Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT). The purpose of this study is to better understand HHT, the symptoms and complications it causes, and the impact the disease has on people's lives. The investigators will collect long-term information about the participant, allowing us to understand how the disease changes over time, and what factors can influence those changes. Ultimately, this should help improve treatments for the disease. Another important goal of the study is to provide a way to contact people to participate in future clinical trials and other research. The registry will be a centralized resource for recruitment for clinical trials. People in the registry will not be obligated to join any of these additional studies, but if interested, can agree to be contacted if they may be eligible for a study. Participants will: * Be asked to provide permission to collect information from their medical records, including things like demographic information, diagnosis information, family history, test results, treatment information, symptoms, complications, lifestyle and other relevant medical information. * Be asked study-related questions by phone or at a clinic visit. * Be asked study-related questions every year after enrollment for up to 10 years or until the study ends. A member of the study team will communicate with participants by phone or at clinic visits to collect information regarding any changes to their health over the previous year/s including new test results, treatment information, symptoms, and complications from HHT. This clinical trial evaluates a clinic-wide intervention called Primary Care-Gastrointestinal (GI) Connect for improving follow-up colonoscopy rates in patients at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) who have an abnormal fecal immunochemical test (FIT) result. Colorectal cancer screening reduces colorectal cancer incidence and mortality but is underutilized.The most accessible, feasible, and common colorectal cancer screening modality for average-risk individuals in low resource settings such as FQHCs is the stool-based FIT. However, the benefit of FIT screening on colorectal cancer risk is realized only if individuals with abnormal FIT results undergo timely follow-up colonoscopy. Follow-up colonoscopy rates are low and there are many barriers to follow-up colonoscopy in safety net settings such as FQHCs. Effective interventions that are multi-component and improve care coordination are needed to improve abnormal FIT follow-up rates in FQHCs. The Primary Care-GI Connect intervention includes components that enhance care coordination, standardize the referral process, and engage both primary care and specialist physicians. This clinic-wide intervention may improve rates of follow-up colonoscopy after abnormal FIT results in patients seen at FQHCs. Read Less

The goal of this multi-center, randomized, cross-over study is to evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the Omnipod 5 SmartAdjust 2.0 System in individuals with type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Study participants will complete about 5 in-person visits and be expected to treat their diabetes per their usual routine using the system at the lowest available target setting. Each participant will begin the study using either the Omnipod 5 SmartAdjust 2.0 System or the Omnipod 5 System for 4 weeks (Period 1) then switch to the opposite system for the next 4 weeks (Period 2). Everyone will use the Omnipod 5 SmartAdjust 2.0 System for the last 4-6 weeks (Period 3). During Period 3, participants will have a goal of administering no more than 3 meal or snack boluses per day. Type 1 retinopathy of prematurity in zone I represents the most severe type of ROP and has the worst prognosis. It is unknown whether low-dose bevacizumab will be successful in these severe cases. Also unknown is the timing and extent of peripheral retinal vascularization after low-dose bevacizumab compared with the standard dose. The current study will evaluate whether doses of 0.063 mg and 0.25mg are effective as treatment for type 1 ROP, with ROP and retinal vessels all in zone I. Read Less

This phase II trial evaluates manual lymphatic drainage breast massage for reducing treatment-related side effects in women undergoing radiation therapy after breast conserving surgery for breast cancer that has not spread to other parts of the body (localized). Breast conserving surgery can be an effective treatment option for early stage breast cancer, but it can also be associated with side effects including fluid collection in tissues/swelling (lymphedema), pain, reduced quality of life, and poorer body image. Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle massage technique used to reduce swelling. It may be a safe and effective way to reduce treatment-related side effects in women receiving radiation therapy after surgery for localized breast cancer. Read Less

This phase II trial compares the safety and effectiveness of 89Zr-DFO-GmAb positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) compared to contrast-enhanced CT after surgery in detecting clear cell renal cell cancer that has come back (recurrent). For some patients, the risk of recurrence after surgery remains high. Conventional CT methods, such as contrast-enhanced CT, may not detect small volume or micrometastatic disease. PET/CT with radiotracers, such as 89Zr-DFO-GmAb, may improve detection of tumor cells. Girentuximab (GmAb), a monoclonal antibody, is tagged with zirconium-89, a radioactive atom (which is also known as an isotope). The zirconium-89 (89Zr) isotope is attached to girentuximab with desferrioxamine (DFO) and this combined product is called 89Zr-DFO-girentuximab. 89Zr-DFO-girentuximab attaches itself to a protein on the surface of clear cell renal cell tumor cells called CAIX. PET is an established imaging technique that utilizes small amounts of radioactivity attached to very minimal amounts of tracer, in the case of this research, 89Zr-DFO-GmAb. Because some cancers, including clear cell renal cell cancer, take up 89Zr-DFO-GmAb it can be seen with PET. CT utilizes x-rays that traverse body from the outside. CT images provide an exact outline of organs and potential inflammatory tissue where it occurs in patient's body. Using contrast agents with CT scan to enhance the images (contrast-enhanced CT) is standard of care imaging. 89Zr-DFO-GmAb PET/CT may be safe and effective compared to contrast-enhanced CT in detecting recurrent clear cell renal cell cancer after surgery.
