Researchers are looking for a better way to help people with known or suspected brain or spinal cord-related problems scheduled for a "contrast-enhanced" Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). MRI is used by doctors to create detailed images of the inside of the body to identify health problems. Sometimes doctors need to inject a contrast agent into a patient's vein to perform a so called "contrast-enhanced" MRI (CE-MRI). Such CE-MRI examinations may support doctors to identify certain health problems or improve the evaluation. The contrast agents commonly used in MRI are gadolinium-based contrast agents (GBCAs). GBCAs contain a "rare earth" element called gadolinium (Gd). Gadoquatrane is a new contrast agent under development with a lower amount of Gd needed per CE-MRI. The main purpose of this study is to learn whether CE-MRI scans with gadoquatrane work better than MRI scans without the use of a contrast agent (GBCA). The researchers will compare the ability to detect brain and spinal cord-related problems in gadoquatrane-MRI scans to plain-MRI scans without the use of a contrast agent. The participants will undergo 2 MRI scans, one with gadoquatrane and one with currently used GBCA. Both contrast agents will be injected into the vein. Each participant will be in the study for between 6 and 42 days with up to 7 doctor visits. At the start or during the study, the doctors and their study team will: take blood and urine samples do physical examinations check blood pressure and heart rate review the MRI scans obtained in the study and decide on the diagnosis ask the participants questions about how they are feeling and what adverse events they are having. An adverse event is any medical problem that a participant has during a study. Doctors keep track of all adverse events, irrespective if they think it is related or not to the study treatments. This is a multicenter, randomized, placebo controlled study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ABX464 given at 25 or 50 mg QD in inducing clinical remission in subjects with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis who have inadequate response, no response, a loss of response, or an intolerance to either conventional therapies [corticosteroids, immunosuppressant (i.e. azathioprine, 6-mercaptopurine, methotrexate)] and/or advanced therapies [biologics (TNF inhibitors, anti-integrins, anti-IL-23), and/or S1P receptor modulators, and/or JAK inhibitors]. Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome (IC/BPS) is a chronic and debilitating urological complex of disorders characterized by symptoms of bladder pain or discomfort, mostly upon bladder filling, and often accompanied by lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS). This study will assess how safe and effective BOTOX (onabotulinumtoxinA) is in treating IC/BPS. Adverse events and change in disease symptoms will be evaluated. BOTOX (onabotulinumtoxinA) is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of Interstitial Cystitis/Bladder Pain Syndrome (IC/BPS). Study doctors randomly assign the participants to 1 of 2 groups, called treatment arms, to receive BOTOX or placebo. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. Approximately 80 female participants, aged 18 to 75 years, with a diagnosis of IC/BPS will be enrolled in approximately 40 sites in the United States and Canada. Participants will receive BOTOX or placebo injected into the bladder on Day 1 and will be followed for at least 12 weeks in treatment 1. Eligible participants may request additional dose of BOTOX between Weeks 12 and 24, and will be followed for 12 weeks in treatment period 2. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The goal of this study is to learn if tilpisertib fosmecarbil (formerly known as GS-5290) is effective and safe in treating participants with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis. The study will compare participants in different treatment groups treated with tilpisertib fosmecarbil with participants treated with placebo. The main aim of this study is to learn if TAK-279 reduces bowel inflammation and symptoms compared to placebo. Another aim is to compare any medical problems that participants have when they take TAK-279 or placebo and how well the participants tolerate any problems. The participants will take capsules of either TAK-279 or placebo for up to 3 months (12 weeks). Then all the participants will receive TAK-279 for the rest of the treatment part of the study (1 year or 52 weeks). During the study, participants will visit their study clinic several times. This prospective longitudinal study will compare incidence rates of Medicare beneficiary surgical and minimally invasive intervention post index procedure, as well as harms associated with the MILD procedure, at 24 months post-treatment with MILD, tested against a control group of similar patients that have had a comparable procedure. This is a multicenter, randomized study to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of ABX464 50mg and 25mg administered once daily (QD) as maintenance therapy in subjects with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis who have inadequate response, no response, a loss of response, or an intolerance to either conventional therapies [corticosteroids, immunosuppressant (i.e. azathioprine, 6-mercaptopurine, methotrexate)] and/or advanced therapies [biologics (TNF inhibitors, anti-integrins, anti-IL-23), and/or S1P receptor modulators, and/or JAK inhibitors]. This study is the maintenance phase of both previous induction studies ABX464-105 and ABX464-106. All eligible subjects who have completed either one of the induction studies above mentioned, will be given the opportunity to take part in the present ABX464-107 maintenance study and will be randomized to either a double blind, placebo-controlled part (Part #1) or allocated to ABX464 50mg or 25mg open label treatment arms (Part #2) depending on their clinical response at the end of induction.
