This U.S. Phase 3 clinical trial is designed to evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of the acute intranasal (i.n.) administration of Fasedienol Nasal Spray (fasedienol) (3.2 µg) to relieve symptoms of acute anxiety in adult subjects ages 18 through 65 with Social Anxiety Disorder induced by a public speaking challenge (PSC) in a clinical setting. In addition, safety and tolerability of i.n. administration of 3.2 µg of fasedienol, as-needed, up to 6 times per day for up to 12 months, will be assessed in those subjects who complete PALISADE-3 and choose to enter the distinct open-label extension phase of the study. This is a prospective observational cohort study designed to collect data on patients who received REBYOTA™ for the prevention of rCDI in the routine care setting. As all data collected for this study are observational, the decision to prescribe REBYOTA™ is at the treating physician's discretion and independent from the decision to enroll the patient in the study. Data will be collected from patients' medical records after obtaining informed consent. Data about clinical history, CDI events (primary and recurrent: severity, treatment), CDI-related symptoms, treatments, medical procedures, Adverse Events(AEs), and healthcare resource utilization (i.e., hospitalizations and re-admissions) will be collected through 6 months of follow-up from the date of REBYOTA™ administration. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if ABX-002 added to an existing antidepressant treatment will benefit depression symptoms in adults with moderate to severe major depressive disorder who have had an inadequate response to their antidepressant. This study's purpose is to measure the treatment response from efgartigimod PH20 SC compared with placebo in participants with Idiopathic Inflammatory Myopathy (IIM). The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of 2 study medicines (PF-07275315 and PF-07264660) for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD). AD is a long- lasting itchy red rash, caused by a skin reaction. This study is seeking participants who: * are 18 years of age or more. * Were confirmed to have AD at least 6 months ago. * Are not having an effective treatment result from medicines that are applied on skin for AD. * Are considered by their doctors to have moderate to severe AD. All participants in the study will receive either PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the medicines being studied. PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo will be given as multiple shots in the clinic over the course of 12 weeks. Stage 1 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 1, Week 2, Week 4, Week 6, Week 8, Week 10 and Week 12. Stage 2 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 4, Week 8 and Week 12. The experiences of people receiving PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 will be compared to people who do not. This will help determine if PF-07275315 and PF-07264660 are safe and effective. Participants will be involved in this study for up to 40 weeks (20 months). The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate if the investigational drug, RL-007, can improve the cognitive performance of subjects with schizophrenia. The main questions the study aims to answer are: 1. Does RL-007 improve subjects performance in a set of cognitive tasks? 2. Which dose of RL-007 (20 mg or 40 mg) has a larger effect on cognitive performance? 3. How well do subjects tolerate RL-007? In the study, subjects will perform the cognitive tasks at the beginning to get familiar with the tasks. Then, subjects will be given either RL-007 or a placebo for 6 weeks and then repeat the cognitive tasks. The researchers will compare the results at the end of the treatment period to the baseline to see if there have been any changes in performance. Additionally, several safety measures will be collected throughout the study (blood pressure, physical exam, ECGs, etc) to evaluate if there are any side effects from taking RL-007. Read Less
