This is a multi-center, randomized, double-masked, active-comparator-controlled, Phase 3 study in a broad participant population (treatment-naïve and treatment-experienced) with neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (nAMD). The study will evaluate a single intravitreal (IVT) injection of Ixo-vec compared to an active comparator. The primary endpoint of this study is the mean change in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) of Ixo-vec compared to an active comparator measured at an average of Weeks 52 and 56. Pregnant women aged 18-40 with gestational diabetes (GDM) will take part in this study. We want to see how two different insulin treatments affect their blood sugar after they eat. These women usually use a rapid-acting insulin analog (RAA) that's injected to control their blood sugar before and after meals. They will come to the clinic for two meal sessions. For the first meal, we will randomly decide if they will use the usual RAA insulin or a newer inhaled insulin called technosphere insulin (TI). This phase II/III trial studies the side effects of nivolumab and ipilimumab when given together with or without sargramostim and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage III-IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) and that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Colony-stimulating factors, such as sargramostim, may increase the production of white blood cells. It is not yet known whether nivolumab and ipilimumab are more effective with or without sargramostim in treating patients with melanoma. Read Less

This clinical trial is studying nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Participants in this study must have cancer that has spread through their body or can't be removed with surgery. Participants in this study must have been treated with no more than a platinum-based chemotherapy and an anti-PD-(L)1 drug. Participants with tumors that have certain treatable genomic alterations must have had at least 1 drug for that genomic alteration, in addition to platinum-based chemotherapy. This clinical trial uses an experimental drug called sigvotatug vedotin, which is a type of antibody drug conjugate or ADC. ADCs are designed to stick to cancer cells and kill them. This clinical trial also uses a drug called docetaxel. Docetaxel is an anticancer drug that has been approved to treat non-small cell lung cancer. It is usually given to patients who previously received another anticancer treatment. In this study, one group of participants will get sigvotatug vedotin on Days 1 and 15 during each 28-day-cycle. A second group of participants will get docetaxel on Day 1 during each 21-day cycle. This study is being done to see if sigvotatug vedotin works better than docetaxel to treat participants with NSCLC. This study will also test what side effects happen when participants take these drugs. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. Read Less

This study is researching an experimental drug called fianlimab (also known as REGN3767), combined with another medication called cemiplimab (also known as REGN2810), called "study drugs". The study is focused on patients with a type of skin cancer known as melanoma. The aim of the study is to see how safe and effective the combination of fianlimab and cemiplimab is in treating melanoma, in comparison with the combination of two medications, relatlimab and nivolumab, commercialized under the brand name Opdualag™ and approved for the treatment of melanoma in adults and children.
