This is an open label study to determine the association of the data obtained with LuGENE®, a transcriptomic-based LDT, with standard evaluation of patients diagnosed with SLE, including clinical involvement, SLEDAI score, Physician Global Assessment (PGA) and standard laboratory measures, including ANA, anti-DNA, anti-RNP and complement components C3 and C4, as well as Patient Reported Outcomes capturing pain, fatigue and Health-Related Quality of Life. The test will be administered on one occasion to patients with a clinical diagnosis of lupus or incomplete lupus and clinical and laboratory features evaluated contemporaneously. This trial includes a pilot study of approximately 10 subjects from 2-3 sites to assess whether the delivery times of LuGENE® laboratory results do not exceed more than 7 business days. Read Less

The main objective of Part 1 is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of bemarituzumab plus 5-fluorouracil, leucovorin, and oxaliplatin (mFOLFOX6) and nivolumab. This study is open to adults with different types of advanced cancer (solid tumours) that are accessible for injection. People for whom previous treatment was not successful or for whom no other treatment options exist can join the study. The study tests a medicine called BI 1831169 alone and in combination with another medicine called ezabenlimab. BI 1831169 and ezabenlimab may help the immune system fight cancer. In this study, BI 1831169 is given to people for the first time. The study has 2 parts. The purpose of the first part is to find the highest dose of BI 1831169 the participants can tolerate. Part 1 also tests whether BI 1831169 can make the tumours shrink. The purpose of the second part is to find the highest dose of BI 1831169 in combination with ezabenlimab that the participants can tolerate. Participants get BI 1831169 as an injection into the tumour, or as an infusion into the vein, or both (injection and infusion). Ezabenlimab is given as an infusion into a vein. Participants get the medicines about every 3 weeks. Participants who get BI 1831169 alone receive this treatment for up to 3 months. Participants who take the combination treatment, get BI 1831169 for up to 3 months and ezabenlimab for up to a year. Study doctors regularly check the participants' health and monitor the tumours. The purpose of this study is to find out the most suitable dose of BI 907828 (brigimadlin) the participants can tolerate. The most suitable dose is used in the second part to find out whether brigimadlin makes tumors shrink. In this study, brigimadlin is given to humans for the first time. Brigimadlin is a so-called MDM2 inhibitor that is being developed to treat cancer. Brigimadlin is taken as a tablet. Participants either take a dose of brigimadlin on one day every 3 weeks or on two days every 4 weeks. The participants are in the study for as long as they benefit from and can tolerate treatment. Migraine is characterized by attacks of throbbing, moderate or severe headache, often associated with nausea, vomiting, and/or sensitivity to light and/or sound. The study will assess safety and tolerability of atogepant when added to BOTOX, as well as prospectively evaluate the efficacy of add-on atogepant for migraine prevention. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be monitored. Atogepant is an investigational drug being developed to prevent chronic migraine. Approximately 75 adult participants will be enrolled at approximately 30 sites in the United States. All participants will receive atogepant oral tablet once a day (QD) during the 24-week treatment period, in addition to their standard of care Botox. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. The effect of the treatment will be checked by medical assessments, blood tests, checking for side effects and completing questionnaires. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called brigimadlin (BI 907828) is tolerated by and helps people with DDLPS. Brigimadlin is a so-called MDM2 inhibitor that is being developed to treat cancer. Participants take brigimadlin as a tablet once every 3 weeks. Participants may continue to take brigimadlin as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it. They visit the study site regularly. At the study site, doctors regularly check participants' health and take note of any unwanted effects. The doctors also regularly check tumour size. Read Less
