A Prospective Study of Plasma Genotyping as a Noninvasive Biomarker for Genotype-directed Cancer Care
Recruiting
Tumor genotyping has become an essential biomarker for the care of advanced lung cancer and melanoma, and is currently used to identify patients for treatment with targeted kinase inhibitors like erlotinib and vemurafenib. However, tumor genotyping can be slow and cumbersome, and is limited by availability of tumor biopsy tissue for testing. The aim of this study is to prospectively evaluate a blood-based genotyping tool that can quantify the presence of oncogenic mutations (EGFR, KRAS, BRAF) in... Read More

In Vivo Real-time Detection of Circulating Melanoma Cells
Recruiting
The objective of this clinical trial is to determine whether a Photoacoustic flow cytometry (PAFC)-based prototype device can detect circulating tumor cells (CTCs) in the blood of melanoma patients in vivo, in real time, and do so at detection limits at least one order of magnitude below the detection limits of currently existing ex vivo methods.

A Study of HFB200603 as a Single Agent and in Combination With Tislelizumab in Adult Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
Recruiting
The purpose of this study is to test the safety and tolerability of HFB200603 as a single agent and in combination with tislelizumab in patients with advanced cancers. There are two parts in this study. During the escalation part, groups of participants will receive increasing doses of HFB200603 as a monotherapy or in combination with tislelizumab until a safe and tolerable dose of HFB200603 as a single agent or combination therapy is determined. During the expansion part, participants will take... Read More

Peripheral T Cell Determinants of Response and Resistance to Pembrolizumab in Melanoma
Recruiting
This is a non-therapeutic study assessing peripheral T cell determinants of response and resistance to immunotherapy in patients with advanced melanoma. The hypothesis is that systemic T cells traffic into the tumor microenvironment (TME) can predict response and resistance to immunotherapy. These systemic tumor directed T cells can be defined by tumor/blood small conditional RNA (scRNA) using T cell receptor (TCR) as a barcode and can help predict response to PD-1 therapy.

The Registry of Oncology Outcomes Associated With Testing and Treatment
Recruiting
This study is to collect and validate regulatory-grade real-world data (RWD) in oncology using the novel, Master Observational Trial construct. This data can be then used in real-world evidence (RWE) generation. It will also create reusable infrastructure to allow creation or affiliation with many additional RWD/RWE efforts both prospective and retrospective in nature.

Video Education With Result Dependent dIsclosure
Recruiting
The overall study objective of this trial study is to identify and evaluate strategies to improve the accessibility of the video education with result dependent disclosure (VERDI) model, increasingly utilized as a pre-genetic testing (pretest) education alternative in clinical practice, to better serve a more diverse patient population at risk for hereditary cancers.
