This Phase 2 clinical trial will study RVP-001, a new manganese-based MRI contrast agent, in people who are known to have gadolinium-enhancing central nervous system (CNS) lesions, for example brain tumors or multiple sclerosis. The goal of this study is to assess safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of RVP-001 at three dose levels. The study will also compare RVP-001 imaging to gadolinium-based contrast agent (GBCA) imaging. A single dose of RVP-001 will be administered to each subject. Subjects will have known gadolinium-enhancing CNS lesions and will have a gadolinium-based contrast agent-enhanced MRI of the brain 2-14 days before receiving RVP-001 with imaging. The goal of this study is to find out if the experimental product, sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) in combination with pembrolizumab given after surgery, is effective and safe compared to the treatment of physician's choice (TPC) which includes either pembrolizumab or pembrolizumab plus capecitabine in participants with triple negative breast cancer that still remains after surgery and pre-surgical treatment. The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of exercise therapy on indicators of prostate cancer in people with low-risk prostate cancer who are on active surveillance. The exercise therapy in this study will be regular home-based walking sessions on a treadmill, and that therapy will be assigned by an exercise physiologist (a medical professional who studies how exercise affects the human body). Some participants in this study will have the assigned exercise therapy, and some participants will participate in their usual exercise routines. Researchers will compare how the assigned exercise therapy and the usual exercise routines affect indicators of prostate cancer in participants. The purpose of this study is to find out how cancer treatments (chemotherapy and/or radiation therapy) affect reproductive and sexual health in people with early onset colorectal cancer. The study researchers will observe and track changes in hormone levels and in sexual and reproductive health in people with early onset colorectal cancer. This information will help researchers know more about how cancer treatments affect reproductive and sexual health, including the ability to have children (fertility). Read Less

The main purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability (how your body reacts to the drug) and effectiveness (ability to treat your cancer) of REGN5678 alone, or in combination with cemiplimab. The study has 2 parts. The goal of Part 1 (dose escalation) is to determine a safe dose(s) of REGN5678 when it is given alone or in combination with cemiplimab. The goal of Part 2 (dose expansion) is to use the REGN5678 drug dose(s) found in Part 1 to see how well REGN5678 alone or in combination with cemiplimab works to shrink tumors. Prostate cancer has the second highest incidence rate and is the fifth leading cause of cancer-related deaths among men worldwide. The purpose of this study is to assess safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of ABBV-969 as a monotherapy. ABBV-969 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC). There are parts to this study. Participants will receive ABBV-969 as a single agent at different doses. Approximately 140 adult participants will be enrolled in the study across sites worldwide. In part 1 (dose escalation), ABBV-969 will be intravenously infused in escalating doses as a monotherapy. In part 2, multiple doses will be selected from Part 1 and mCRPC participants will be assigned to one of these doses in a randomized fashion to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose. The estimated duration of the study is up to 3 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. This randomized research trial studies how well serum tumor marker directed disease monitoring works in monitoring patients with hormone receptor positive Her2 negative breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Using markers to prompt when scans should be ordered may be as good as the usual approach to monitoring disease. Read Less

The purpose of this study is to find the level of aerobic exercise (AT) that is practical, is safe, and has positive effects on the body that may reduce the side effects of therapy. The study will also look at the way the body responds to exercise and whether there are differences in treatment. This will include looking at the highest treatment dose participants receive, how many people stop, delay, or reduce the treatment, and whether additional medication is needed to treat side effects of therapy.
