This phase II Expanded Lung-MAP treatment trial tests tepotinib with or without ramucirumab for the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread from where it first started (primary site) to other places in the body (stage IV) or that has come back after a period of improvement (recurrent). Tepotinib is used in patients whose cancer has a mutated (changed) form of a gene called MET. It is in a class of medications called kinase inhibitors. It works by blocking the action of the abnormal MET protein that signals tumor cells to multiply. This helps slow or stop the spread of tumor cells. Ramucirumab is a monoclonal antibody that may prevent the growth of new blood vessels that tumors need to grow. Giving tepotinib with ramucirumab may lower the chance of the cancer from growing or spreading in patients with stage IV or recurrent non-small cell lung cancer. Read Less

The goal of this clinical trial is to test MGC018 in patients with relapsed or refractory Extensive-Stage Small-Cell Lung Cancer (ES-SCLC). The main question it aims to answer is: • Does the administration of MGC018 achieve a clinically meaningful response rate of 25% in patients with relapsed or refractory ES-SCLC? Participants enrolled in the trial will receive MGC018 through an intravenous (IV) infusion, every 28 days until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity. Tumor assessment will be done every 2 cycles (28 day cycles). Blood samples will be taken for biomarker analysis before treatment, on cycle 3 day 1, and at progression. PUMA-ALI-4201 is a Phase 2 study evaluating alisertib monotherapy in patients with pathologically-confirmed small cell lung cancer (SCLC) following progression on or after treatment with one platinum-based chemotherapy and anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy agent. Up to one additional systemic anti-cancer therapy for SCLC is allowed, for a total of up to two prior lines of therapy. This randomized phase III trial studies how well crizotinib works in treating patients with stage IB-IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has been removed by surgery and has a mutation in a protein called anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK). Mutations, or changes, in ALK can make it very active and important for tumor cell growth and progression. Crizotinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the ALK protein from working. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How well does daratumumab and nivolumab, when given with a vaccine, control or stop these types of cancer? * How well does participants bodies handle these study drugs? * Does this combination of study drugs help participants live longer?
