Assessment of the Safety and Efficacy of the Felix NeuroAI Wristband in Essential Tremor

The goal of this clinical study is to compare Felix NeuroAI Wristband and sham device in patients with essential tremor. The main question it aims to answer is:
• Is Felix a safe and efficacious treatment for patients with essential tremor?
Participants will be treated with either Felix or Sham for a period of up to 90 days. After that, they will be eligible to participate in a long-term, open-label study and be treated with Felix.

A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of BLI5100 in Patients With Erosive Esophagitis

The objective of the Healing Phase of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of up to 8 weeks of once daily oral administration of BLI5100 versus a PPI control in healing EE. The objective of the Maintenance Phase of the study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of 24 weeks of once daily oral administration of BLI5100 (low or high dose) versus a PPI control in the maintenance of healed EE.

The purpose of this single arm study is to evaluate the feasibility and safety of treatments with a non-invasive neuromodulation device in adults diagnosed with mild/moderate Parkinson's disease dementia (PDD). A non-invasive device is a device that stays outside of the body and is not implanted and does not penetrate the skin.
Neuromodulation means that the device stimulates activity in the brain.

The LUCINDA Trial is a three-site, phase II, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of leuprolide acetate (Eligard) in women with Mild Cognitive Impairment or Alzheimer's Disease taking a stable dose of a cholinesterase inhibitor medication like donepezil. Its objective is to assess the efficacy of a 48-week regimen of leuprolide (22.5 mg per 12 weeks) compared to placebo on cognitive function, global function and plasma and neuroimaging biomarkers.
