Lymphoma Paid Clinical Trials in Florida

This is a multi-center, open-label trial to evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics (PK), and anti-cancer activity of oral administration of emavusertib (CA-4948) in adult patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) hematologic malignancies. Part A will evaluate the safety and tolerability of escalating doses of emavusertib as monotherapy (Part A1), and in combination with ibrutinib. In Protocol Version (v) 1.0 through v6.0, patients with Waldenström macroglobulinemia/ lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma (WM/LPL) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL)/small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) were also enrolled at ibrutinib doses of 420 mg (Part A2). This feasibility trial studies how well daratumumab in combination with dose-adjusted etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride (DA-EPOCH) works in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage I-IV plasmablastic lymphoma. Plasmablastic lymphoma cells have high levels of a protein called CD38. Daratumumab is a monoclonal antibody that specifically targets CD38 expressing cells, and may help the body's immune system attack the cancer and interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving daratumumab may enhance the effectiveness of a standard chemotherapy (DA-EPOCH) in patients with plasmablastic lymphoma. Read Less

This randomized phase III trial studies rituximab after stem cell transplant and to see how well it works compared with rituximab alone in treating patients with in minimal residual disease-negative mantle cell lymphoma in first complete remission. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant helps kill any cancer cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and stored. More chemotherapy is then given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. This is a Phase 1/2 study to test the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of the investigational agent MT-101 in patients with T cell Lymphoma. MT-101 is made with myeloid cells collected from the patient's blood. The myeloid cells are modified and later infused back into their veins. Targeted drug therapies have greatly improved outcomes for patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. However, single drug therapies have limitations, therefore, the current study is evaluating a novel oral combination of targeted drugs as a way of overcoming these limitations. This study will determine the efficacy of the triple combination therapy, DTRM-555, in patients with R/R CLL or R/R non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Read Less
