The goal of the Shoulder iD™ Primary Reversed Glenoid Outcomes Clinical Study is to collect safety and performance data on the commercially available Shoulder iD™ Primary Reversed Glenoid device. The study will learn about standard device use in adult patients who have a functional deltoid muscle and massive and non-repairable rotator cuff tear. The main questions it aims to answer are: * What is the average improvement in patient-reported shoulder function after 2 years when compared to before the surgery, and * What is the rate of surgical revisions needed over a 10 year period Patients will be asked to will be asked to regularly attend their check-up visits with their surgeon (including having x-rays or CT images taken to check their shoulder and implant), to complete questionnaires to report how their shoulder is doing, and to tell their surgeon when they notice any changes. This study aims to collect information on rheumatology patients' dietary habits, autoimmune disease activity, dietary changes, disease symptom improvements, and perceptions on their dietary habits and how it affects their autoimmune disease. The main objective is to see if rheumatology patients change their dietary habits after their diagnosis of an autoimmune disease and if it subjectively improved their disease symptoms. It will also look at rheumatology patients' expectations for their rheumatologist when it comes to dietary advice and what resources they used to choose their new dietary habits. The study also seeks to measure the interest that rheumatology patients have in pursuing dietary changes as a means of controlling the symptoms of their autoimmune disease. It is expected that patients who changed their eating habits to healthier diets such as a Mediterranean diet would report less severe autoimmune disease symptoms. There are limited dietary recommendations for the management of many rheumatological diseases, so this study seeks to assess rheumatology patients' willingness to try dietary modifications, what improvements they had, and why they decide to make these changes in light of limited information. The goal of treating patients diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is to achieve remission or low disease activity and thereby prevent joint damage, loss of physical function, and disability. Optimal management requires regular assessment of disease activity, with treatment changes made as needed for optimal efficacy. Vectra is a blood serum test that looks at 12 biomarkers and produces a score on a scale of 1 to 100. The Vectra score has been shown to be the strongest predictor of risk for progression of disease. There is opportunity to gain more information about the utility of Vectra in a real-world clinical setting. This study will, therefore, evaluate the utility of Vectra for guiding treatment decisions and improving RA-related outcomes in comparison with usual care, which will not include Vectra testing.
