The purpose of this study is to learn about the safety and effects of 2 study medicines (PF-07275315 and PF-07264660) for the treatment of atopic dermatitis (AD). AD is a long- lasting itchy red rash, caused by a skin reaction. This study is seeking participants who: * are 18 years of age or more. * Were confirmed to have AD at least 6 months ago. * Are not having an effective treatment result from medicines that are applied on skin for AD. * Are considered by their doctors to have moderate to severe AD. In Stage 1 of the study, participants will receive either PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo. Stage 1 is complete. In Stage 2 of the study participants will receive either PF-07275315 or placebo. In Stage 3 of the study participants who have received anti-inflammatory proteins, will receive either PF-07275315 or placebo. A placebo does not have any medicine in it but looks just like the medicines being studied. PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 or placebo will be given as multiple shots in the clinic over the course of 12 weeks. Stage 1 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 1, Week 2, Week 4, Week 6, Week 8, Week 10 and Week 12. Stage 2 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 4, Week 8 and Week 12. Stage 3 participants will receive shots at the study clinic on Day 1, Week 4, Week 8, Week 12, Week 16, Week 20, Week 24 and Week 28. The experiences of people receiving PF-07275315 or PF-07264660 will be compared to people who do not. This will help determine if PF-07275315 and PF-07264660 are safe and effective. Participants in Stage 1 and 2 will be involved in this study for up to 40 weeks (10 months). During this time, Stage 1 participants will have 13 visits at the study clinic, and Stage 2 participants will have 9 visits at the study clinic. The purpose of this study is to learn about how the flu and COVID vaccines act when given alone or when mixed together. This study is seeking healthy participants aged 18 or older. All participants in this study will receive only 1 shot to their arm, either a flu or COVID vaccine, alone or mixed. This is a study of retatrutide in participants with obesity. The main purpose is to learn more about how retatrutide maintains body weight loss. The study will have two treatment phases: an 80 week lead-in phase in which all participants will take retatrutide dose 1 and a 36 week randomized, double-blinded phase in which participants will either take retatrutide dose 1, retatrutide dose 2, or switch to placebo. The goal of this clinical trial is to see how well cenerimod reduces symptoms of Systemic Lupus Erythematous in adult patients with moderate to severe symptoms. The main questions it aims to answer are: * How well cenerimod works on top of the treatment already being administered. * How safe cenerimod is for adult patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus. Researchers will compare one dose of cenerimod and a placebo to see how well cenerimod works when it is added to the treatment already being administered. This study aims to assess the immune response and safety of GSK's candidate chickenpox and marketed MMR vaccines when given to children 12 to 15 months of age via a muscle injection. It compares the GSK vaccines to Merck's chickenpox vaccine, administered just under the skin. This project uses a hybrid trial design to evaluate two biomedical interventions targeting the gut-brain axis. One intervention is portable Transcutaneous Vagus Nerve Stimulator, tVNS, that is hypothesized to stimulate the autonomic nervous system, resulting in decreased inflammation and improved cognition. Stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) is a commonly used treatment for brain tumors. It is a one-day (or in some cases two day), out-patient procedure during which a high dose of radiation is delivered to small spots in the brain while excluding the surrounding normal brain. Whole brain radiation therapy with hippocampal avoidance (HA-WBRT) is when radiation therapy is given to the whole brain, while trying to decrease the amount of radiation that is delivered to the area of the hippocampus. The hippocampus is a brain structure that is important for memory. Memantine is a drug that is given to help relieve symptoms that can be caused by WBRT, including problems with memory and other mental symptoms. Health Canada, the regulatory body that oversees the use of drugs in Canada, has not approved the sale or use of memantine in combination with WBRT to treat this kind of cancer, although they have allowed its use in this study.
