In this study, researchers will learn more about a study drug called litifilimab (BIIB059) in participants with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). The study will focus on participants who have active disease and are already taking standard of care medications. These may include antimalarials, steroids, and immunosuppressants. The main objective of the study is to learn about the effect litifilimab has on lowering the activity of the disease. The main question researchers want to answer is: - How many participants have an improvement in their symptoms after 52 weeks of treatment? Researchers will answer this and other questions by measuring the symptoms of SLE over time using a variety of scoring tools. These include the SLE Responder Index (SRI), the Systemic Lupus Erythematosus Disease Activity Index-2000 (SLEDAI-2K), and the Patient Global Assessment - Visual Analog Scale (PGA-VAS). Researchers will also learn more about the safety of litifilimab. They will study how participants' immune systems respond to litifilimab. Additionally, they will measure the effect litifilimab and SLE have on the quality of life of participants using a group of questionnaires. The study will be done as follows: * After screening, participants will be randomized to receive either a high or low dose of litifilimab, or placebo. A placebo looks like the study drug but contains no real medicine. * All participants will receive either litifilimab or placebo as injections under the skin once every 4 weeks. The treatment period will last 52 weeks. Participants will continue to take their standard of care medications. * Neither the researchers nor the participants will know if the participants are receiving litifilimab or placebo. * There will be a follow-up safety period that lasts up to 24 weeks. * In total, participants will have up to 22 study visits. The goal of this feasibility study and clinical trial is to learn if an evidenced-based breathwork and meditation intervention (SKY Breath) will improve the mental and physical well-being of individuals with Parkinson's Disease (iPD) in stages 1, 2, and 3, under the age of 75 and their care partners. The main questions it aims to answer are: * Objective 1: Can the SKY Breath practice be designed and implemented to specifically cater to the unique needs of individuals with Parkinson's Disease and their care partners. * Objective 2: Will the SKY Breath practice decrease stress levels (a contributor to increasing PD symptoms) for individuals with Parkinson\'s Disease (iPD) and their care partners as measured through self-reported surveys to improve overall well-being and quality of life. * Objective 3: Will the SKY Breath practice in part alleviate the emotional stress and physical burden experienced by care partners of PD patients, promoting their resilience and well-being. Participants will be asked to learn the SKY Breath and Meditation practice over the course of 4 days (2.25 hours each morning), practice SKY every day for 4 weeks and keep a log of time spent doing SKY. Patients with a primary invasive melanoma are recommended to undergo excision of the primary lesion with a wide margin. There is evidence that less radical margins of excision may be just as safe. This is a randomised controlled trial of 1 cm versus 2 cm margin of excision of the primary lesion for adult patients with stage II primary invasive cutaneous melanomas (AJCC 8th edition) to determine differences in disease-free survival. The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate the efficacy of using SP-002 in participants with locally advanced Basal cell carcinoma. The main question it aims to answer is what the objective response rate for a basal cell carcinoma tumor is following 1 or 3 cycles of SP-002 treatment given as an add-on to hedgehog pathway inhibitor therapy. Researchers will compare the objective response rate for treated Basal cell carcinoma tumors between 3 treatment Arms. * Arm 1 participants will receive daily hedgehog pathway inhibitor, and 3 cycles of SP-002 treatment. * Arm 2 participants will receive daily hedgehog pathway inhibitor, and 1 cycle of SP-002 treatment. * Arm 3 participants will receive daily hedgehog pathway inhibitor only. Patients are enrolled to screening (Reg Step 1) prior to or after ASCT but prior to Reg Step 2. Patients are followed until they will begin Maintenance and then registered to Reg Step 2 (first randomization). Patients are randomized between Lenalidomide for 2 years and Lenalidomide + Daratumumab/rHuPH20. After 2 years of Maintenance, MRD is assessed to guide further therapy. MRD-positive patients will continue with the assigned treatment. MRD-negative patients will be further randomized (Reg Step 3) to either continue or discontinue the assigned treatment.
