This is a 3-part study that includes a Part A, Part B, and Part C. Part A will study the safety and tolerability of the study drug known as LY3537031 in participants who are overweight and obese. Part B and Part C will study the safety and tolerability of LY3537031 in healthy participants. Part C will contain only Japanese and Chinese healthy participants. Blood tests will be performed to check how much LY3537031 gets into the bloodstream and how long it takes the body to eliminate it. Body weight will be measured. This prospective longitudinal study will compare incidence rates of Medicare beneficiary surgical and minimally invasive intervention post index procedure, as well as harms associated with the MILD procedure, at 24 months post-treatment with MILD, tested against a control group of similar patients that have had a comparable procedure. This phase III trial compares the effects of olanzapine versus megestrol acetate in treating loss of appetite in patients with cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced). Olanzapine may stimulate and increase appetite. This study aims to find out if olanzapine is better than the usual approach (megestrol acetate) for stimulating appetite and preventing weight loss. The goal of this clinical trial is to learn if a single knee injection of different doses (Dose A and Dose B) of an investigation product PCRX-201, following steroid pretreatment, is safe and tolerable in male of female patients 45 to 80 years old with osteoarthritis of the knee. It will also learn how the body reacts to the PCRX-201 injection and how effective the treatment is. Researchers will compare Dose A and Dose B of PCRX-201 versus placebo from Week 1 through Week 52 to assess adverse events. This is a Phase 3, 38-week, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, multicenter, outpatient study in subjects with psychosis associated with Alzheimer's Disease. The primary objective of the study is to evaluate relapse prevention in subjects with psychosis associated with Alzheimer's Disease treated with KarXT compared to placebo. This study is open to adults with chronic heart failure (HF) who have a reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) of less than 40%. People can join the study if they have been diagnosed with chronic HF at least 3 months before the study. The purpose of this study is to find out whether a medicine called vicadrostat, in combination with another medicine called empagliflozin, helps people with chronic heart failure. In this study, participants are put into 2 groups randomly. Participants have an equal chance of being in either group. One group takes vicadrostat and empagliflozin tablets, and the other group takes placebo and empagliflozin tablets. Placebo tablets look like vicadrostat tablets but do not contain any medicine. Participants take the study medicines as tablets once a day for between 1 and about 3.5 years. During this time, they can continue their regular treatment for heart failure. Participants can stay in the study as long as they benefit from treatment and can tolerate it, for a maximum of about 3.5 years. During this time, they visit the study site regularly. The exact number of visits is different for each participant, depending on how long they stay in the study. The study staff may also contact the participants by phone. Participants also regularly answer questions about their well-being. The doctors document when participants experience worsening of their heart failure symptoms, must go to hospital due to heart failure, or die during the study. The time until these events are observed is compared between the treatment groups to see whether the treatment works.
