This clinical trial is studying lymphoma. Lymphoma is a cancer that starts in the blood cells that fight infections. There are several types of lymphoma. This study will enroll people who have lymphoma, such as classical Hodgkin lymphoma, peripheral T-cell lymphoma including systemic anaplastic large cell lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, or some types of primary cutaneous lymphoma. This clinical trial uses a drug called PF-08046045/SGN-35T. The study drug is in testing and has not been approved for sale. This is the first time PF-08046045 will be used in people. The study drug will be given as an infusion through a vein. This study will test the safety of PF-08046045 in participants with lymphoma. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out the best dose and dosing schedule for PF-08046045. Part C will use the dose found in parts A and B to find out how safe PF-08046045 is and if it works to treat select lymphomas. Read Less

This study is being conducted to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the combination of pemetrexed and zanubrutinib (called induction therapy) followed by zanubrutinib treatment alone (also called maintenance therapy) in people who have relapsed or refractory (RR) primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) or isolated central nervous system relapse of B cell lymphoma (SCNSL). RADAR is a multicentre, international, randomised, open-label phase III clinical trial composed of 2 trials running in parallel. Trial 1 will be led and sponsored by University College London (UCL) and conducted in Europe and Australia/New Zealand. Trial 2 will be led by the Canadian Cancer Trials Group (CCTG) and conducted in North America, with CCTG the regulatory sponsor in Canada, and University of Miami the regulatory sponsor and IND holder in the US. Datasets from Trial 1 and Trial 2 will be combined to achieve the total sample size. Data analysis will be performed by UCL and therefore UCL is responsible for the clinicaltrials.gov entry. Eligible patients will be randomised to receive either ABVD or A2VD chemotherapy. An interim PET-CT scan will be performed after 2 cycles of treatment, which will be used to adapt subsequent treatment. Patients will receive a total of 3-4 cycles of chemotherapy and may also receive involved site radiotherapy as consolidation. Patients will be followed up for a minimum of 5 years after treatment. B-cell Lymphoma is an aggressive and rare cancer of a type of immune cells (a white blood cell responsible for fighting infections). Follicular Lymphoma is a slow-growing type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common leukemia (cancer of blood cells). The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary efficacy of ABBV-319 in adult participants in relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), R/R follicular lymphoma (FL), or R/R CLL. Adverse events will be assessed. ABBV-319 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, or R/R CLL. This study will include a dose escalation phase to determine the doses of ABBV-319 that will be used in the next phase and a dose expansion phase to determine the change in disease activity in participants with R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL. Approximately 154 adult participants with R/R B cell lymphomas including R/R DLBCL, R/R FL, and R/R CLL will be enrolled in the study in sites world wide. In the Dose Escalation phase of the study participants will receive escalating intravenously infused doses of ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles, until the Phase 2 dose is determined. In the dose expansion phase of the study participants receive intravenously infused ABBV-319 in 21-day cycles. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). The effect of the treatment will be frequently checked by medical assessments, blood tests, questionnaires and side effects. Read Less
