The primary objective of this study is to compare the progression-free survival (PFS) between sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) and pembrolizumab versus treatment of physician's choice (TPC) and pembrolizumab in participants with previously untreated, locally advanced inoperable or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer, whose tumors express programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1).

The purpose of the Connect® Myeloid disease registry is to provide unique insights into treatment decisions and treatment patterns as they relate to clinical outcomes of patients with myeloid diseases in routine clinical practice. This is a randomized, double-blind study of PIPE-307 or placebo in subjects with relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis. Subjects will be randomized into 1 of 3 separate cohorts (1:1:1 randomization ratio, PIPE-307 Dose A:PIPE-307 Dose B: Placebo) for a total duration of approximately 30 weeks.

The National Myelodysplastic Syndromes (MDS) Study

Multi-center study enrolling patients suspected or newly diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS), myelodysplastic syndromes/myeloproliferative neoplasms (MDS/MPN) overlap disorder, or idiopathic cytopenia of undetermined significance (ICUS). Participants will be followed long term. Clinical data, blood, and tissue samples will be collected to establish a biorepository to facilitate the study of the natural history of MDS.

Reducing Antimicrobial Overuse Through Targeted Therapy for Patients With Community-Acquired Pneumonia

The purpose of this study is to reduce the exposure of broad-spectrum antimicrobials by optimizing the rapid detection of CAP pathogens and improving rates of de-escalation following negative cultures. To accomplish this, we will perform a 3-year, pragmatic, multicenter 2 X 2 factorial cluster randomized controlled trial with four arms: a) rapid diagnostic testing b) pharmacist-led de-escalation c) rapid diagnostic testing + pharmacist-led de-escalation and d) usual care
