CMV-MVA Triplex Vaccination in HLA-Matched Related Stem Cell Donors for the Prevention of CMV Infection in Patients Undergoing Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant
Recruiting
This phase II clinical trial tests how well the cytomegalovirus-modified vaccinica Ankara (CMV-MVA) Triplex vaccine given to human leukocyte antigens (HLA) matched related stem cell donors works to prevent cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in patients undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplant. The CMV-MVA Triplex vaccine works by causing an immune response in the donors body to the CMV virus, creating immunity to it. The donor then passes that immunity on to the patient upon receiving the stem... Read More

Brentuximab Vedotin and Nivolumab for the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory Classic Hodgkin Lymphoma Previously Treated with Brentuximab Vedotin or Checkpoint Inhibitors
Recruiting
This phase II trial studies the effect of brentuximab vedotin and nivolumab in treating patients with classic Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory) that have been previously treated with brentuximab vedotin or checkpoint inhibitors. Brentuximab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, brentuximab, linked to a toxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. Immunothe... Read More

A Study of Repotrectinib in Pediatric and Young Adult Subjects Harboring ALK, ROS1, OR NTRK1-3 Alterations
Recruiting
Phase 1 will evaluate the safety and tolerability at different dose levels of repotrectinib in pediatric and young adult subjects with advanced or metastatic malignancies harboring anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), receptor tyrosine kinase encoded by the gene ROS1 (ROS1), or neurotrophic receptor kinase genes encoding TRK kinase family (NTRK1-3) alterations to estimate the Maximum Tolerated Dose (MTD) or Maximum Administered Dose (MAD) and select the Pediatric Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D).

CBL0137 for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Solid Tumors, Including CNS Tumors and Lymphoma
Recruiting
This phase I/II trial evaluates the best dose, side effects and possible benefit of CBL0137 in treating patients with solid tumors, including central nervous system (CNS) tumors or lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Drugs, such as CBL0137, block signals passed from one molecule to another inside a cell. Blocking these signals can affect many functions of the cell, including cell division and cell death, and may kill cancer cells.

Evaluation of Human Immune Responses Vaccination in Patients with Lymphoma
Recruiting
This clinical trial evaluates the influenza virus vaccination in evaluating human immune response in patients with lymphoma. Evaluating immune response may increase the understanding of how the immune system changes when patients receive treatment for lymphomas by looking at the antibody levels and the level of the different cells that make up the immune system over time compared to those without lymphoma.

Tegavivint for the Treatment of Recurrent or Refractory Solid Tumors, Including Lymphomas and Desmoid Tumors
Recruiting
This phase I/II trial evaluates the highest safe dose, side effects, and possible benefits of tegavivint in treating patients with solid tumors that has come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Tegavivint interferes with the binding of beta-catenin to TBL1, which may help stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking the signals passed from one molecule to another inside a cell that tell a cell to grow.
