Up to one thousand and twenty-eight (1028) patients from screening and diagnostic population will be enrolled and consented to participate in the study to create an enriched data set. These women will be enrolled from annual screening population and diagnostic workup population. This phase I trial investigates the side effects and best dose of peposertib when given together with radiation therapy in treating patients with head and neck cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced) who cannot take cisplatin. Peposertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. This phase III trial studies how well atezolizumab added to the usual radiation therapy works in treating patients with stage I-IIA non-small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy, such as stereotactic body radiation therapy, uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method can kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue. This trial studies how well paclitaxel, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab work in eliminating further chemotherapy after surgery in patients with HER2-positive stage II-IIIa breast cancer who have no cancer remaining at surgery (either in the breast or underarm lymph nodes) after pre-operative chemotherapy and HER2-targeted therapy. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as paclitaxel, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Trastuzumab and pertuzumab are both a form of "targeted therapy" because they work by attaching themselves to specific molecules (receptors) on the surface of tumor cells, known as HER2 receptors. When these drugs attach to HER2 receptors, the signals that tell the cells to grow are blocked and the tumor cell may be marked for destruction by the body's immune system. Giving paclitaxel, trastuzumab, and pertuzumab may enable fewer chemotherapy drugs to be given without compromising patient outcomes compared to the usual treatment. Read Less

The intent of this study is to establish a registry of post-surgical outcomes in patients undergoing radical cystectomy at MD Anderson Cancer Center and the collaborating institutions. This is a phase Ib/II open label study. The escalation part will characterize the safety and tolerability of JDQ443 single agent and JDQ443 in combination with the other study treatments (TNO155 and tislelizumab) in advanced solid tumor patients. This phase I/IB trial tests the safety, side effects, and best dose of ipatasertib in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin in treating patients with stage III or IV epithelial ovarian cancer. Ipatasertib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Paclitaxel is in a class of medications called taxanes. It stops tumor cells from growing and dividing and may kill them. Carboplatin is in a class of medications known as platinum-containing compounds. It works in a way similar to the anticancer drug cisplatin, but may be better tolerated than cisplatin. Carboplatin works by killing, stopping or slowing the growth of tumor cells. Giving ipatasertib in combination with paclitaxel and carboplatin may lower the chance of the tumor growing or spreading for longer than the paclitaxel and carboplatin alone. Read Less
