The goal of this clinical study is to learn more about the study drug, obeldesivir (ODV; GS-5245), and how safe and effective it is in treating nonhospitalized adults with acute respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) infection. The researchers want to see if obeldesivir can help participants' symptoms get better faster. The primary objectives of this study are to evaluate the efficacy of ODV in reducing the duration of symptoms and to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ODV in nonhospitalized adult participants with acute RSV infection. This is a Phase 2, multicenter, randomized, double-blind placebo controlled, 2-arm study to evaluate the effect of amlitelimab on vaccine antibody responses, and the safety of amlitelimab concurrently administered with non-live vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD). The purpose of this study is to compare the immune responses to concomitantly administered Boostrix (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis \[Tdap\]) and Pneumovax 23 (PPSV) vaccines in adult participants with moderate-to-severe AD treated with amlitelimab versus placebo. The study will evaluate the percentage of participants achieving a positive anti-tetanus response at Week 16 (primary endpoint) and a positive anti-pneumococcal response at Week 16 (key secondary endpoint). Crohn's disease (CD) is a long-lasting disease that causes severe inflammation (redness, swelling), in the digestive tract, most frequently affecting the bowels. It can cause many different symptoms including belly pain, diarrhea, tiredness, and weight loss. Treatments are available but do not work the same for all patients or may stop working over time. This study will evaluate the effectiveness and adverse events of targeted therapies (TaTs) for adult participants with moderate to severe CD. The medicines assessed in this study are risankizumab, ABBV-382 and lutikizumab. When participants join the study, they will be randomized into available study treatment groups. Adult participants with CD will be enrolled. Around 500 participants will be enrolled in the study at approximately 300 sites worldwide. Risankizumab and ABBV-382 are given as an injection under the skin or as an infusion into the vein. Lutikizumab is given as an injection under the skin. Each group includes a 12-week induction period, a 12-week maintenance period, and an optional long-term extension period where medication will be given after the maintenance period. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care treatment without participating in this study. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of VDPHL01 in male subjects with Androgenetic Alopecia (AGA). AGA (or male pattern baldness) is a genetic disorder caused by an excessive (too much) hair follicle response to androgens (hormone) that causes hair loss. VDPHL01 8.5 mg Tablet is an investigational oral drug to treat male pattern baldness. This multi-center, double blind, study will last about 13 months and includes 11 study visits (screening, baseline (day 1), week 2, month 1, month 2, month 4, month 6, month 8, month 10, month 12, month 13). The first 7 visits will be part of the placebo-controlled period. The next 3 visits will be part of the treatment extension phase. Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the third most common type of cancer diagnosed worldwide and in China. The purpose of this study is to assess adverse events disease activity when comparing intravenously (IV) infused ABBV-400 to trifluridine and tipiracil (LONSURF) oral tablets plus IV infused bevacizumab in adult participants with c-Met over-expressed refractory metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC). ABBV-400 is an investigational drug being developed for the treatment of CRC. Participants are put into treatment arms as part of 2 stages. Each treatment arm in stage 1 receives a different dose of ABBV-400. Each treatment arm in stage 2 receives the optimal dose of ABBV-400 or LONSURF plus bevacizumab. Up to approximately 460 adult participants with c-Met over-expressed (OE) refractory mCRC, will be enrolled in the study in approximately 160 sites in 15-20 countries. In stage 1, participants will receive intravenously (IV) infused ABBV-400 dose A or B. In stage 2, participants will receive the optimal dose of IV infused ABBV-400 or the standard of care (SOC), LONSURF oral tablets plus IV infused bevacizumab. The total study duration will be approximately 4 years. There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will attend regular visits during the study at an approved institution (hospital or clinic). Hidradenitis suppurativa (HS) is an inflammatory skin disease that causes painful lesions in the axilla (underarm), inguinal (groin) and anogenital (anal/genital) regions. This study will assess how safe and effective upadacitinib is in treating adult and adolescent participants with moderate to severe HS who have failed to respond to or are intolerant of anti-tumor necrosis factor (TNF) therapy. Adverse events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Upadacitinib is an approved drug for ulcerative colitis, atopic dermatitis, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and axial spondylarthritis and is being developed for the treatment of HS. This study is "double-blinded", meaning that neither the trial participants nor the study doctors will know who will be given upadacitinib and who will be given placebo. This study is comprised of 3 periods. In Period 1, participants are randomized into 2 groups called treatment arms where each group receives a different treatment. There is a 1 in 2 chance that participants will be assigned to placebo. In Period 2, participants are placed into 6 different groups depending on their placement and results in Period 1. Period 3 is the long-term extension period where participants will continue treatment from Period 2. Approximately 1328 adult and adolescent participants diagnosed with HS will be enrolled in approximately 275 sites worldwide. Participants will receive oral tablets of upadacitinib or placebo once daily for 36 weeks in Period 1 and Period 2. Eligible participants from Period 1 and Period 2 will enter Period 3 and receive oral tablets of upadacitinib or placebo once daily for 68 weeks. This is a Phase 2a/b, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, 6-arm study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of amlitelimab in adult participants with non-responsive celiac disease (NRCD) who are on a gluten free diet (GFD) with and without simulated inadvertent gluten exposure (SIGE). The primary purpose of this study is to demonstrate the efficacy of subcutaneous (SC) amlitelimab in male and female participants (aged 18 to 75 years, inclusive) with NRCD. The study will assess the effect of amlitelimab when compared to placebo on gluten induced changes in the intestinal mucosa as measured by the villous height to crypt depth (Vh:Cd) ratio. The effect of amlitelimab on participant-reported celiac signs and symptoms along with the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetics of amlitelimab will also be studied. Study details include: The study duration will be up to 48 weeks (including a 16-week safety follow-up period) with 10 visits for participants who opt not to enter the optional long-term extension. The study duration will be up to 172 weeks (including an 8-week safety follow-up period) with 22 visits for participants who enter the optional long-term extension.
