The phase III trial compares the effect of pembrolizumab to observation for the treatment of patients with early-stage triple-negative breast cancer who achieved a pathologic complete response after preoperative chemotherapy in combination with pembrolizumab. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. This trial may help researchers determine if observation will result in the same risk of cancer coming back as pembrolizumab after surgery in triple-negative breast cancer patients who achieve pathologic complete response after preoperative chemotherapy with pembrolizumab. The main goal of this clinical trial is to test benefits of completing online pain coping skills training program in women who have been diagnosed with stage I-III breast cancer, who have completed their primary cancer treatment, who are taking an AI medication, and who have arthralgia. Arthralgia is a type of joint, bone, and muscle pain that is a common side effect of AI medications. The main questions it aims to answer are: Whether online pain coping skills training reduces the severity of pain and the interference it causes in women's daily lives. Whether online pain coping skills training improves emotional distress, quality of life, and adherence to AI medications. Whether benefits of online pain coping skills training are at least partially caused by women's increased confidence that they can manage their pain and a reduction in unhelpful thinking patterns about pain. Whether online pain coping skills training improves effects of AI medications on sleep problems and symptoms of menopause like hot flashes and night sweats. Participants can complete all parts of the study at home. They will: Complete four sets of questionnaires throughout the study, which will take about 9 to 10 months. Attend 3 meetings in the first month of the study, all of which can be held via a video conference. Use an electronic pill bottle to track their use of their AI medication. Be randomized (like flipping a coin) to one of two study arms: They will either receive education about AIs and arthralgia or they will receive this education along with access to an online pain coping skills training program. The primary purpose of the present study is to apply MOST methodology to determine which types of social support and mindfulness training intervention components optimally increase MVPA adoption and maintenance in Breast Cancer Survivors (BCS) in a 24-week intervention with a 48-week follow-up. The researchers will also examine the effects of changes in MVPA on symptom burden, time spent in intensities of other activities (i.e. light and sedentary), and sleep quality and duration. Aim 1: To identify which components from four mHealth components under consideration for inclusion meaningfully contribute to improvements in MVPA at 24 and 48 weeks. Aim 2: To examine how changes in MVPA, as a result of the 4 components, may influence additional health behaviors and outcomes including: a) symptom burden (i.e. fatigue, depression, anxiety); b) time spent i n other activity intensities (i.e. light, sedentary time); and c) sleep duration and quality. Aim 3: To examine potential mediators (i.e. adherence, psychosocial factors such as post-traumatic growth, self-compassion, self-efficacy, and goal-setting) and moderators (i.e., age, time since diagnosis) of the four intervention components on MVPA. This clinical trial will assess the safety and early efficacy of Hydroxychloroquine or Avelumab, with or without Palbociclib, in early-stage ER+ breast cancer patients who are found to harbor disseminated tumor cells (DTCs) in the bone marrow after definitive surgery and standard adjuvant therapy. This Phase 1 study will assess the safety and efficacy (usefulness) of administering 2 doses of seasonal flu vaccine directly into breast cancer tissue (primary tumor), and will study the tumor and whole body response to the vaccine. If the tumor is palpable (able to fee by touch), the vaccine will be administered by a Surgeon/oncologist in the outpatient floor - both experienced and trained. If not palpable, the procedure will be done via guided Ultrasound by our Breast Radiologist -- both experienced and trained. Women with triple-negative (TNBC) and HER2+ types of breast cancer will be eligible for enrollment. Up to 18 subjects may be enrolled at Rush. Successive groups of 3 subjects per breast cancer type will be given increasing doses of vaccine. There are 3 potential dosing groups (half-dose, full dose, and high dose). Blood, stool (optional), and tumor tissue samples will be collected and tested. The active participation period is from one week prior to starting chemotherapy through three months post surgery. Patient will be treated with neratinib, an aromatase inhibitor and trastuzumab for 24 weeks prior to surgery, following an initial 3 weeks of neratinib alone, aromatase inhibitor alone or the combination of neratinib and an aromatase inhibitor. A breast biopsy will be performed prior to Day 1 of week 4 of treatment. This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of LYL797, a ROR1-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, in patients with ROR1+ relapsed or refractory triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The first part of the study will determine the safe dose for the next part of the study, and will enroll TNBC and NSCLC patients. The goal of this research study is to determine the feasibility and potential effects of physical therapy and enhanced patient education delivered before breast cancer treatment. Physical therapy before cancer treatment aims to help with early identification and self-management of physical and functional side effects from cancer treatment. Side effects could be joint pain, muscle weakness, or fatigue that contribute to functional impairment. The main questions this study aims to answer are: Determine the feasibility (acceptability and suitability) and potential effects of an early intervention called 'Moving On-After Breast Cancer' (MOve-ABC) on physical and functional side effects of cancer compared to enhanced usual care in a large academic medical system to help us refine and adjust the intervention in preparation for a large randomized, double-blinded, controlled trial. Determine whether MOve-ABC also affects patient self-management and provider knowledge and behaviors related to detection and management of physical and functional effects associated with cancer. Participants will be randomly assigned to either of the two arms of the study which are 'Intervention' and 'Enhanced usual care.' Participants in the intervention arm will receive: 1. Planned care per their oncology physician team plus: 1.1. Patient education on physical function in breast cancer 1.2. Physical therapy evaluation 1.3. Individualized home exercise prescription 1.4. Education materials in the form of a study booklet, study website, text messaging, and phone calls 1.5. Monthly monitoring of physical and functional survey scores to identify the need for physical therapy and provide referrals as needed Participants in the enhanced usual care arm will receive: 1. Planned care per their oncology physician team plus 1.2. Monthly monitoring of their physical functional scores to identify the need for physical therapy and provide referrals as needed All participants will attend three in-person visits for clinical measurements.
