This is a multi-center, prospective, observational study of patients being treated with ORGOVYX. The goal of this study is to generate real-world evidence about the safety and effectiveness of ORGOVYX in patients with prostate cancer in routine clinical care and the clinical course during treatment with and following cessation of ORGOVYX.

Prospective Validation of a Points Score System Predicting 30-day Survival

This is a one-stage single-arm phase II clinical trial designed to prospectively test the survival prediction tool as developed by Lee et al on patients referred to radiation oncology for palliative treatments. Survival prediction score based on objective data including laboratory values, attendance to emergency room, and primary cancer origin will be assigned to each patient at time of enrollment.

This phase II trial studies how well radiation therapy with or without cisplatin works in treating patients with stage III-IVA squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck who have undergone surgery.
