This phase III trial compares the effect of adding chemotherapy to immunotherapy (pembrolizumab) versus immunotherapy alone in treating patients with stage IIIB-IV lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab and chemotherapy may help stabilize lung cancer. Read Less

This phase II trial investigates how well the addition of olaparib following completion of surgery and chemotherapy works in treating patients with pancreatic cancer that has been surgically removed (resected) and has a pathogenic mutation in BRCA1, BRCA2, or PALB2. Olaparib is an inhibitor of PARP, an enzyme that helps repair deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) when it becomes damaged. Blocking PARP may help keep tumor cells from repairing their damaged DNA, causing them to die. PARP inhibitors are a type of targeted therapy. Read Less

This clinical trial is studying lymphoma. Lymphoma is a cancer that starts in the blood cells that fight infection. There are several types of lymphoma. This study will enroll people who have classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL), peripheral T cell lymphoma (PTCL), or diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). This clinical trial uses a drug called PF-08046044/SGN-35C . The study drug is in testing and has not been approved for sale. This is the first time SGN -35C will be used in people. This study will test the safety of SGN-35C in participants with lymphoma. It will also study the side effects of this drug. A side effect is anything a drug does to the body besides treating the disease. This study will have three parts. Parts A and B of the study will find out the best dose and dosing schedule for SGN-35C. Part C will use the dose found in parts A and B to find out how safe SGN-35C is and if it works to treat select lymphomas. Read Less

This phase II/III trial studies the side effects of nivolumab and ipilimumab when given together with or without sargramostim and to see how well they work in treating patients with stage III-IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) and that may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab and nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Colony-stimulating factors, such as sargramostim, may increase the production of white blood cells. It is not yet known whether nivolumab and ipilimumab are more effective with or without sargramostim in treating patients with melanoma. Read Less

This phase II MyeloMATCH treatment trial tests whether the standard approach of cytarabine and daunorubicin in comparison to the following experimental regimens works to shrink cancer in patients with high risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML): 1) daunorubicin and cytarabine liposome alone; 2) cytarabine and daunorubicin with venetoclax; 3) azacitidine and venetoclax; 4) daunorubicin and cytarabine liposome and venetoclax. "High-risk" refers to traits that have been known to make the AML harder to treat. Cytarabine is in a class of medications called antimetabolites. It works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells in the body. Daunorubicin is in a class of medications called anthracyclines. It also works by slowing or stopping the growth of cancer cells in the body. Azacitidine is in a class of medications called demethylation agents. It works by helping the bone marrow to produce normal blood cells and by killing abnormal cells. Venetoclax is in a class of medications called B-cell lymphoma-2 (BCL-2) inhibitors. It may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. There is evidence that these newer experimental treatment regimens may work better in getting rid of more AML compared to the standard approach of cytarabine and daunorubicin. Read Less

The Fabry Registry is an ongoing, international multi-center, strictly observational program that tracks the routine clinical outcomes for patients with Fabry disease, irrespective of treatment status. No experimental intervention is involved; patients in the Registry undergo clinical assessments and receive care as determined by the patient's treating physician. The primary objectives of the Registry are: * To enhance the understanding of the variability, progression, and natural history of Fabry disease, including heterozygous females with the disease; * To assist the Fabry medical community with the development of recommendations for monitoring patients and reports on patient outcomes to help optimize patient care; * To characterize and describe the Fabry population as a whole; * To evaluate the long-term safety and effectiveness of Fabrazyme® Fabry Pregnancy Sub-registry: This Sub-registry is a multicenter, international, longitudinal, observational, and voluntary program designed to track pregnancy outcomes for any pregnant woman enrolled in the Fabry Registry, regardless of whether she is receiving disease-specific therapy (such as enzyme replacement therapy with agalsidase beta) and irrespective of the commercial product with which she may be treated. Data from the Sub-registry are also used to fulfill various global regulatory requirements, to support product development/reimbursement, and for other research and non-research-related purposes. No experimental intervention is given; thus a patient will undergo clinical assessments and receive standard of care treatment as determined by the patient's physician. If a patient consents to this Sub-registry, information about the patient's medical and obstetric history, pregnancy, and birth will be collected, and, if a patient consents to data collection for her infant, data on infant growth through month 36 postpartum will be collected. This phase II trial compares mosunetuzumab to the usual treatment (rituximab) for improving survival in patients with nodular lymphocyte-predominant Hodgkin lymphoma (NLPHL). Rituximab and mosunetuzumab are monoclonal antibodies. They bind to a protein called CD20, which is found on B cells (a type of white blood cell) and some types of cancer cells. This may help the immune system kill cancer cells. Mosunetuzumab may be more effective at extending survival in patients with NLPHL than the usual approach with rituximab. Read Less
