The purpose of ORACLE is to demonstrate the ability of a novel ctDNA assay developed by Guardant Health to detect recurrence in individuals treated for early-stage solid tumors. It is necessary that ctDNA test results are linked to clinical outcomes in order to demonstrate clinical validity for recurrence detection and explore its value in a healthcare environment subject to cost containment.

Immunoglobulin A nephropathy (IgAN) is a kidney condition. It happens when the body's immune system creates groups of proteins (called immune complexes) that build-up in the kidneys causing swelling (inflammation). Over time, this inflammation may lead to kidney damage and cause the kidneys to no longer work properly. The main aim of this study is to check how well mezagitamab changes protein levels in the urine (proteinuria) compared to placebo in adults with primary IgAN. A placebo looks like... Bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Chemotherapy drugs, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spread... The FLEX Registry will be implemented to operate as a large-scale, population based, prospective registry. All patients with stage I to III breast cancer who receive MammaPrint® and BluePrint testing on a primary breast tumor are eligible for entry into the FLEX Registry, which is intended to enable additional study arms at low incremental effort and cost. FLEX Registry will utilize an adaptive design, where additional targeted substudies and arms can be added after the initial study is opened.

This phase II, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study is designed to evaluate the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics (PK) of obinutuzumab in adolescent participants (AP) aged 12 to less than 18 with biopsy-confirmed proliferative lupus nephritis (LN). It will also evaluate open label safety and PK of obinutuzumab in pediatric participants (PP), aged 5 to \<12 with LN.

The study hypothesis is that BCG naïve non-muscle invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) patients treated with intravesical Gemcitabine + Docetaxel (GEMDOCE) will result in a non-inferior event-free survival (EFS) compared to standard treatment with intravesical BCG. The purpose of this study is to test whether Gemcitabine + Docetaxel is a better or worse treatment than the usual BCG therapy approach. The primary objective of this study is to determine the event free survival (EFS) of BCG-naïve high gr... Read More

Researchers are looking for new ways to treat people with endometrial cancer (EC) who have previously received treatment with platinum based therapy (a type of chemotherapy) and immunotherapy. Immunotherapy is a treatment that helps the immune system fight cancer. This clinical study will compare sacituzumab tirumotecan to chemotherapy. The goal of the study is to learn if people who receive sacituzumab tirumotecan live longer overall and without the cancer getting worse compared to people who r...
