The purpose of this study is to see the effects of two different standard of care treatments of endometrial cancer on sexual dysfunction. This study will compare two standard of care treatments: HDR (high dose radiation) vaginal brachytherapy 3 fractions of 7 Gy to HDR vaginal brachytherapy 6 fractions of 4Gy for early stage endometrial cancer. The goal of this clinical trial is to evaluate a screening method to detect clinically relevant prostate cancer. This clinical trial is using genetic data to determine a man's risk of cancer, together with multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging (mpMRI) to identify men with higher grade cancer. The main questions it aims to answer are: * If genetic data related to prostate cancer used with MRI can identify higher-grade, potentially fatal prostate cancer * What age a MRI is useful clinically for prostate cancer screening * If deep learning methods used with MRI when the genetic risk of the man is known can more accurately predict significant cancers Participants will: * Get a prostate specific antigen (PSA) blood test * Get an mpMRI * Get the results of their genetic data to determine if they are considered high-, intermediate-, or low-risk for prostate cancer based on the trials genetic testing * Follow-up for this trial based on the participants risk and findings from the PSA test and mpMRI Read Less

This study evaluates navtemadlin as maintenance treatment for patients with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer (EC) who have achieved complete response or partial response on chemotherapy. The study will be conducted in 2 parts. Part 1 will evaluate safety and efficacy of two different doses of navtemadlin alongside an observational control arm to determine the Phase 3 navtemadlin dose. This phase II trial studies how well TPIV100 and sargramostim work in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer that has residual disease after chemotherapy prior to surgery. It also studies why some HER2 positive breast cancer patients respond better to chemotherapy in combination with trastuzumab and pertuzumab. TPIV100 is a type of vaccine made from HER2 peptide that may help the body build an effective immune response to kill tumor cells that express HER2. Sargramostim increases the number of white blood cells in the body following chemotherapy for certain types of cancer and is used to alert the immune system. It is not yet known if TPIV100 and sargramostim will work better in treating patients with HER2 positive, stage II-III breast cancer. Read Less

In this study, tumors of the pancreas are treated with a device placed around the abdomen that creates an electromagnetic field that generates heat in the tumor. Heating the tumor improves blood flow and the delivery of chemotherapy to the tumor as has been shown in numerous studies for various cancers with potential clinical benefits. Subjects will receive the thermal treatment on the same day and prior to receiving standard of care chemotherapy for a total of 4 treatments. This is a first in human phase 1 study of AG01 an anti-Progranulin/Glycoprotein88 (PGRN/GP88) antibody in patients with advanced solid tumors. AG01 is a recombinant monoclonal antibody expressed in a CHO production cell line. The antibody AG01 binds to human PGRN/GP88, expressed on cancer cells. This study will have a dose escalation portion (1A) to evaluate maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or maximum administered dose (MAD), the safety and tolerability of AG01treatment before the dose expansion portion (1B) of the study is initiated.
