Atopic Dermatitis Paid Clinical Trials in Massachusetts

The goal of this study is to establish a birth cohort that collects prenatal and early life biosamples and environmental samples and rigorously phenotypes young children for food allergy and Atopic Dermatitis (AD) to identify prenatal and early life markers of high risk for food allergy and AD, as well as biological pathways (endotypes) that result in these conditions. Multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel arm clinical study designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of eblasakimab in participants with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis (AD) previously treated with dupilumab.The study consists of a 16-week treatment period and an 8-week follow-up period up to Week 24.
