The study will assess the safety, PK, PD, and preliminary efficacy of ABBVCLS-484 as monotherapy and in combination with a PD-1 targeting agent or with a or a vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI). The trial aims to establish a safe, tolerable, and efficacious dose of ABBVCLS-484 as monotherapy and in combination. The study will be conducted in three parts. Part 1 Monotherapy Dose Escalation, Part 2 Combination Dose Escalation and Part 3 Dose Expansion (Monotherapy and Combination therapy). Part 1, ABBV-CLS-484 will be administered alone in escalating dose levels to eligible subjects who have advanced solid tumors. Part 2, ABBV-CLS-484 will be administered at escalating dose levels in combination with a PD-1 targeting agent or with a VEGFR TKI to eligible subjects who have advanced solid tumors. Part 3, ABBV-CLS-484 will be administered alone as a monotherapy at the determined recommended dose in subjects with locally advanced or metastatic, relapsed or refractory head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), relapsed or refractory non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC). ABBV-CLS-484 will also be administered at the determined recommended dose in combination with a PD-1 targeting or with a VEGFR TKI agent in subjects with locally advanced or metastatic, HNSCC, NSCLC, MSI-H tumors refractory to PD-1/PD-L1, and advanced ccRCC. The primary objective of this study is to compare the progression-free survival (PFS) between sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) versus treatment of physician's choice (TPC) in participants with previously untreated, locally advanced, inoperable or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer whose tumors do not express programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) or in participants previously treated with anti-programmed cell death (ligand or protein) 1 (Anti-PD-(L)1) Agents in the early setting whose tumors do express PD-L1. This phase III trial compares the effect of olaparib for one year versus two years, with or without bevacizumab, for the treatment of BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer. Olaparib is a polyadenosine 5'-diphosphoribose polymerase (PARP) enzyme inhibitor and may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Bevacizumab is in a class of medications called antiangiogenic agents. It works by stopping the formation of blood vessels that bring oxygen and nutrients to tumor. This may slow the growth and spread of tumor. Giving olaparib for one year with or without bevacizumab may be effective in treating patients with BRCA 1/2 mutated or homologous recombination deficient stage III or IV ovarian cancer, when compared to two years of olaparib. This study will fill a scientific gap in the current knowledge providing data for evaluation of the palatal augmentation prosthesis (PAP) as a therapeutic modality post-surgery. This is a robust scientific randomized prospective clinical trial. Positive outcomes from this study have the potential to dramatically alter the most common issues of oral cancer therapy, namely speech and swallowing functions. Patients will have been diagnosed with a cancer lesion of the tongue requiring surgery and removal of part of the tongue. Smaller cancers of the tongue are sized as T1 or T2. For patients with smaller lesions, a PAP, which can aid in speaking and swallowing, is not routinely provided. Read Less

This phase III trial studies how well carvedilol works in preventing cardiac toxicity in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor (HER)-2-positive breast cancer that has spread to other places in the body. The OnPrime study is a multi-center, randomized open-label phase 3 study evaluating the safety and efficacy of Olvi-Vec followed by platinum-doublet chemotherapy and bevacizumab compared to the Active Comparator Arm with Physician's Choice of chemotherapy and bevacizumab in women diagnosed with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer (includes fallopian tube cancer and primary peritoneal cancer). This Phase III trial builds on the efficacy and safety data reported in the previous Phase II VIRO-15 trial with promising objective response rate and progression-free survival observed in heavily pre-treated patients with platinum-resistant/refractory ovarian cancer. The phase II results also showed that the intra-peritoneal route of delivery was efficient in generating tumor cell killing and immune activation, and led to clinical reversal of platinum-resistance or refractoriness in this difficult-to-treat patient population. This phase II trial tests how well fezolinetant works in improving vasomotor symptoms (VMS) in breast cancer patients taking endocrine therapy (ET). Anti-hormone treatments are effective for lowering the risk of breast cancer but can cause bothersome VMS, such as hot flashes and night sweats. Fezolinetant inhibits the activity of the neurokinin type 3 receptor and has shown activity against VMS in postmenopausal women. Taking fezolinetant may work well at improving VMS in breast cancer patients taking ET. Read Less

This is a randomized, double-blinded trial of self-acupressure to examine the effect of treatment on aromatase inhibitor (AI)-associated musculoskeletal symptoms (AIMSS) in postmenopausal women with breast cancer. Acupressure is similar to acupuncture, but uses pressure rather than needles to stimulate specific points on the body. Acupressure involves applying mild to moderate physical pressure using your fingers, or an assistive device, to these points to try to bring about a physiological change in your body, in this case relief from joint pain and stiffness. The investigators will also examine effects of acupressure on other symptoms that commonly develop in AI-treated patients. In addition, changes in stool microbiome with acupressure treatment will be examined in an exploratory way to obtain preliminary information about the effect of acupressure on the gut microbiome in this condition. This clinical trial aims to assess whether the addition of bevacizumab to atezolizumab and chemotherapy can improve response to treatment and progression-free survival in patients with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC) with liver metastases. The main questions it aims to answer are: * In patients with ES-SCLC with liver metastases, can bevacizumab in combination with atezolizumab and chemotherapy prolong the length of time that the cancer does not progress? * Is bevacizumab safe and tolerable when combined with atezolizumab and chemotherapy in patients with ES-SCLC and liver metastases? The study treatment includes two phases: * Induction phase: bevacizumab will be administered in combination with atezolizumab and chemotherapy on a 21-day cycle for four cycles. * Maintenance: atezolizumab and bevacizumab will be administered every 21 days for up to 12 months, or until unacceptable toxicity or disease progression. Participants will undergo blood tests every 3 weeks and tumor assessments every 6 weeks. Read Less
