The purpose of this clinical trial is to learn about the safety and effects of the study vaccine (called COMIRNATY) for the potential prevention of COVID-19. This study is seeking participants who: 1. Are age \<21 years. 2. Have presentation to participating medical center with evaluation in Emergency Room and/or hospitalization. 3. Received either the 1st, 2nd, 3rd or booster dose(s) of COMIRNATY within 7 days of symptom onset. 4. Meet criteria of Centers for Disease Control and Prevention case definition of probable or confirmed myocarditis/pericarditis 5. Are capable of giving signed informed consent/assent (by parents/legal guardians of minors and/or patients), which includes compliance with the requirements and restrictions listed in the Informed Consent/Assent Document and in this protocol OR meets criteria for waiver of consent. This study will examine the potential long-term effects associated with myocarditis/pericarditis following vaccination with COMIRNATY. The association of myocarditis/pericarditis in participants who received the study vaccine (COMIRNATY) compared with those associated with COVID-19 will also be examined. This will help us determine if COMIRNATY is safe and effective, and if there is a myocarditis/pericarditis association that should be noted. CMTX-101 is a bacterial biofilm disrupting monoclonal antibody being developed as an adjunctive therapy to standard of care antibiotics. This is a phase 2, open-label extension study to evaluate the long-term safety and efficacy of lunsekimig in adult participants with moderate-to-severe asthma who have previously completed the parent study. After completion of the parent study, eligible participants will be offered the opportunity to participate in the long-term extension (LTE) study with lunsekimig. A migraine is a moderate to severe headache typically on one side of the head. A migraine attack is a headache that may be accompanied by throbbing, nausea, vomiting, sensitivity to light and sound, or other symptoms. Menstrual migraine (MM) is defined as migraine attacks that occur within the perimenstrual period (PMP) in at least 2 out of 3 menstrual cycles. The PMP is from 2 days before the onset of menstrual bleeding to 2 days after. This study will assess how safe and effective ubrogepant is in treating menstrual migraine. Adverse Events and change in disease activity will be assessed. Ubrogepant is an investigational drug being developed for short-term prevention of menstrual migraine. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the 2 groups to receive either ubrogepant or placebo. Around 450 adult female participants with menstrual migraine will be enrolled in approximately 100 sites in the United States and Puerto Rico. Participants will receive oral ubrogepant tablets once daily for 7 consecutive days starting 3 days prior to estimated onset of menses per cycle for 3 PMPs during double-blind period (16 weeks). Eligible participants may continue to receive oral ubrogepant tablets once daily for 7 consecutive days per cycle starting 3 days prior to estimated onset of menses during open-label extension period (52 weeks). There may be higher treatment burden for participants in this trial compared to their standard of care. Participants will collect data daily in electronic diaries and attend regular visits during the study at a hospital or clinic. This is a parallel-group, Phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, 2-arm study for the treatment of asthma. The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of add-on therapy with SC lunsekimig compared with placebo in male and female participants (aged 18 to 80 years, inclusive) with asthma, who are not currently eligible for biologic treatments. This is a phase 2, multinational, multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, dose-ranging study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SAR441566 in adults with moderate to severe Crohn's Disease (CD). The primary objective of this study is to assess the efficacy of different doses of SAR441566 compared with placebo in participants with moderate to severe CD. This study will include a screening period of 4 weeks (+7 calendar days if needed), followed by the Main Study (MS) treatment period, lasting 52 weeks. The MS period include a Double-Blind (DB) treatment period with 12 weeks of induction followed by 40 weeks of maintenance. At the end of 52 weeks in the MS period, eligible participants from MS period will be offered a Double-Blind Maintenance Extension (DBME) period for up to 52 weeks. Additionally, an Open Label (OL) period of up to 92 weeks will be offered to eligible participants. The combined duration of the DB maintenance and OL periods cannot exceed 92 weeks, while the sum of the DBME and OL periods may not exceed 52 weeks, depending on when participants switch. Read Less

NRG-CC015 is a prospective, randomized phase III clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy of two distinct digital approaches for delivering a mindfulness-based intervention: a live, instructor-led version delivered over Zoom (MAPs LO), and an app-based, self-paced version (MAPs App). Participants will include younger breast cancer survivors (BCS) who were diagnosed with breast cancer at or before age 50 years, have completed their primary cancer treatment (i.e., surgery, radiation, and/or chemotherapy) at least 6 months earlier, and report elevated depressive symptoms.
