The ALA-LHC is a longitudinal, multi-center cohort study that will enroll approximately 4,000 young adults between the ages of 25-35 who do not have severe lung disease. Patent Ductus Arteriosus is a developmental condition commonly observed among preterm infants. It is a condition where the opening between the two major blood vessels leading from the heart fail to close after birth. In the womb, the opening (ductus arteriosus) is the normal part of the circulatory system of the baby, but is expected to close at full term birth. If the opening is tiny, the condition can be self-limiting. If not, medications/surgery are options for treatment. There are two ways to treat patent ductus arteriosus - one is through closure of the opening with an FDA approved device called PICCOLO, the other is through supportive management (medications). No randomized controlled trials have been done previously to see if one of better than the other. Through our PIVOTAL study, the investigators aim to determine is one is indeed better than the other - if it is found that the percutaneous closure with PICCOLO is better, then it would immediately lead to a new standard of care. TITRE - Trial of Indication-based Transfusion of Red Blood Cells in ECMO, is a multicenter, prospective, randomized clinical trial. The overarching goal of TITRE is to determine whether restricting red blood cell (RBC) transfusion according to an indication-based strategy for those with bleeding and/or deficit of tissue oxygen delivery, compared with transfusion based on center-specific hemoglobin or hematocrit thresholds, can reduce organ dysfunction and improve later neurodevelopment in critically ill children receiving Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) support. The primary objectives of Cohort A Phase 1b are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of TTI-101 orally administered as a single agent to participants with locally advanced or metastatic, and unresectable Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of TTI-101 as a single agent. The primary objectives of Cohort A Phase 2 are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of TTI-101 orally administered as a single agent at the RP2D to participants with locally advanced or metastatic, and unresectable HCC and to assess the preliminary efficacy of TTI-101 as a single agent in participants with locally advanced or metastatic, and unresectable HCC. The secondary objectives of Cohort A Phase 2 are to assess response, progression, survival, and pharmacokinetics. The primary objectives of Cohorts B and C Phase 1b are to evaluate the safety and tolerability of TTI-101 orally administered in combination with pembrolizumab therapy (Cohort B) and in combination with atezolizumab and bevacizumab therapy (Cohort C) to participants with locally advanced or metastatic, or unresectable HCC and to determine the MTD and/or RP2D of TTI-101 when used in combination with pembrolizumab therapy (Cohort B) and in combination with atezolizumab and bevacizumab therapy (Cohort C). The goal of this observational prospective study is to determine the health impact of parenthood on United States (US) people with CF in the era of CF transmembrane regulator protein (CFTR) modulators. The investigators will collect physical and mental health data to comprehensively evaluate the impact of parenthood in CF with widespread highly effective CFTR modulator use. The main hypotheses this study aims to examine are: H1: Parents with CF and moderate-to-severe depression have more rapid change in ppFEV1 (percent predicted forced expiratory volume in one second) versus those with mild or no depression. H2: Parents with CF who have more parental responsibility and/or stress have more rapid ppFEV1 (percent predicted forced expiratory volume in one second) change than those with less responsibility/stress H3: Parents using CFTR modulators have decreased ppFEV1 (percent predicted forced expiratory volume in one second) change versus those not using CFTR modulators Participants will complete quarterly surveys during the first year of parenthood and biannual surveys, thereafter, using the computer-based survey system on an iPad protected for infection control or via personal device or computer via emailed survey link. The REACH study is for people with CF who do not take cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) modulators. The goal of the REACH study is to collect research data, including health data and specimens, from people with CF who do not take CFTR modulators. This data may be used to inform CF research, help design CF clinical trials and support the development of new treatments for people with CF who do not take CFTR modulators. Another goal of this study is to learn about research involvement for people with CF who do not take CFTR modulators, engage them in research, and give them an opportunity to learn about what is involved in participating in a CF research study. The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the Hospital Elder Life Program (HELP) with a family-augmented version of HELP (FAM-HELP), that includes family members and care partners, for the prevention of delirium in older patients during hospital admission. The main objectives of the trial are the following: 1. To compare the effectiveness of FAM-HELP and HELP in reducing both the incidence of delirium and its severity. 2. To compare the effectiveness of FAM-HELP and HELP in improving patient- and family-reported outcomes. 3. The Michigan Men's Diabetes Project III: Mind \& Motion is an 7-month pilot randomized clinical trial. The investigators are looking to recruit 80 Black men with type 2 diabetes (T2D) (need to have diagnosis for at least one year) that are over the age of 18. Participants also must be under the care of a physician for their diabetes, self report an Hemoglobin A1c (A1C) of 7.0% or more in the last year, be willing to participate in study events (weekly physical activity, exercise and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) sessions, group discussion sessions, and in-person health assessments), have reliable internet access (steady internet connection or unlimited data) that will allow them to use a tablet/phone/computer to complete study related tasks, live in the Wayne or Washtenaw County, and have reliable transportation to in-person events. All participants will receive 8 hours/sessions of cognitive behavioral therapy. Participants randomized to the intervention arm will also receive 8 sessions of guided exercise at the same time. Following that they will also receive 8 group discussion sessions that will serve as on-going support. All sessions will be help via Zoom.
