The ICGG Gaucher Registry is an ongoing, international multi-center, strictly observational program that tracks the routine clinical outcomes for patients with Gaucher disease, irrespective of treatment status. No experimental intervention is involved; patients in the Registry undergo clinical assessments and receive care as determined by the patient's treating physician. The objectives of the Registry are: * To enhance understanding of the variability, progression, identification, and natural history of Gaucher disease, with the ultimate goal of better guiding and assessing therapeutic intervention. * To assist the Gaucher medical community with the development of recommendations for monitoring patients, and to provide reports on patient outcomes, to optimize patient care. * To characterize the Gaucher disease population. * To evaluate the long-term effectiveness of imiglucerase and of eliglustat. Gaucher Pregnancy Sub-registry: The primary objective of this Sub-registry is to track pregnancy outcomes, including complications and infant growth, in all women with Gaucher disease during pregnancy, regardless of whether they receive disease-specific therapy. No experimental intervention is given; thus a patient will undergo clinical assessments and receive standard of care treatment as determined by the patient's physician.If a patient consents to this Sub-registry, information about the patient's medical and obstetric history, pregnancy, and birth will be collected, and, if a patient consents to data collection for her infant, data on infant growth through month 36 postpartum will be collected. The primary aim is to test whether abatacept, as compared to placebo, is associated with a reduction in major adverse cardiac events (MACE) among participants hospitalized with myocarditis secondary to an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI). The primary outcome, MACE, is a composite of first occurrence of cardiovascular death, non-fatal sudden cardiac arrest, cardiogenic shock, significant ventricular arrythmias, significant bradyarrythmias, or incident heart failure. Since its launch in 2004, the overarching aim of the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) has been realized in informing the design of therapeutic trials in AD. ADNI3 continues the previously funded ADNI-1, ADNI-GO, and ADNI-2 studies that have been combined public/private collaborations between academia and industry to determine the relationships between the clinical, cognitive, imaging, genetic and biochemical biomarker characteristics of the entire spectrum of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Esophageal cancer, which has a low 5-year overall survival rate (\<20%) is increasing in incidence. Previous studies have shown that Hedgehog, AKT, and angiogenic signaling pathways are activated in a significant number of esophageal cancers. Itraconazole, a widely used anti-fungal medication, effectively inhibits these pathways. In this multi-site phase II trial, the investigators will evaluate the effect of itraconazole as a neoadjuvant therapy added to standard of care chemoradiation and surgery in the the treatment of locoregional esophageal and gastroesophageal junction cancers. Rotator cuff tear is one of the most common reasons to seek musculoskeletal care, and cuff repair is one of the fastest growing ambulatory surgery procedures. However, the etiology of cuff tears, reasons for variability treatment success, and causes of FI are poorly understood. A large-scale genome-wide association studies (GWAS) using imaging-verified rotator cuff tear cases and controls can address limitations in rigor of prior research and assess the genetic basis of FI and functional outcomes of cuff tear treatments. Primary Objective: To conduct a case-control GWAS of imaging-verified symptomatic rotator cuff tear in approximately 3000-6000 individuals and replicate findings in an independent set of 3000-6000 or more imaging-verified individuals to identify common variants in several genetic loci that increase risk for rotator cuff tears. Hypothesis: Common variants in several genetic loci increase risk for rotator cuff tears. Secondary Objectives: 1. To perform an imputed transcriptome-wide association study (TWAS) to identify and prioritize gene targets associated with rotator cuff tear by integrating GWAS summary statistics and gene-expression weights from muscle and adipose tissue available in the GTEx project. Hypothesis: Genetically predicted gene expression of multiple genes in muscle and adipose tissue are associated with rotator cuff tear. 2. To identify if single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) associated with rotator cuff tear and their genetic risk score (GRS) predict improved pain and function as measured by American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons Standardized Form (ASES) and other outcome measures. Hypothesis: Select SNPs and GRS predict ASES outcome. 3. To identify genetic variants associated with Fatty Infiltration (FI) in patients with cuff tears in a two stage GWAS of imaged rotator cuffs and to prioritize gene targets through an imputed-TWAS in muscle and adipose tissue. The goal of this randomized trial is to test whether the Internet-Delivered Enhanced Assess, Acknowledge, Act (IDEA3) sexual assault resistance education intervention reduces sexual violence victimization in undergraduate women. Participants in the intervention group will be asked to attend four three-hour group sessions of a sexual assault resistance program called IDEA3 with a partner, as well as fill out a number of surveys. Participants in the control group will be asked to attend a one-hour consent workshop with a partner and fill out surveys. The goal of this observational study is to determine whether a marker of dead space (the end-tidal to alveolar dead space fraction \[AVDSf\]) is more strongly associated with mortality risk than markers of oxygenation abnormality (oxygenation index) and to determine whether dead space (AVDSf) is an important marker of heterogeneity in the inhaled nitric oxide (iNO) treatment effect for children with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). The study aims are: 1. To validate AVDSf for risk stratification of mortality in pediatric ARDS 2. To determine if there is heterogeneity in treatment effect for iNO defined by AVDSf 3. To detect the association between AVDSf and microvascular dysfunction trajectory and whether iNO therapy modifies this association This is a prospective, multicenter observational study of 1260 mechanically ventilated children with moderate to severe ARDS. In a subgroup of 450 children with severe ARDS, longitudinal blood samples will be obtained to measure plasma protein markers. Read Less

This study is a Phase 3 multi-site, randomized, evaluator-masked, study of endurance treadmill exercise on changes in the Movement Disorder Society-Unified Parkinson Disease Rating Scale (MDS-UPDRS) Part III score at 12 months among persons with early stage Parkinson disease. 370 participants will be randomly assigned to 2 groups: 1)60-65% HRmax or 2)80-85% HRmax 4 times per week. The primary objective is to test whether the progression of the signs of Parkinson's disease is attenuated at 12 months in among persons who have not initiated medication for Parkinson Disease (PD) when they perform high-intensity endurance treadmill exercise.
