To develop a novel, proactive cardiac rehabilitation program for breast cancer survivors at enhanced risk of cardiovascular disease. The purpose of this research study is to determine the safety, tolerability and dose of Ribociclib when combined with adjuvant radiation in women with high-risk ER+ breast cancer. Once enrolled on study, patients will begin treatment with Ribociclib 400 mg daily at the same time as they initiate standard of care adjuvant radiation therapy- 50 Gy in 25 fractions or 42.56 Gy in 16 fractions +/- 10 Gy boost including comprehensive nodal. This study will evaluate the safety and tolerability of LYL797, a ROR1-targeted CAR T-cell therapy, in patients with ROR1+ relapsed or refractory triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) or non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The first part of the study will determine the safe dose for the next part of the study, and will enroll TNBC and NSCLC patients.
